The Learn-Will's Grand Canal Culture Camp concluded with great joy and abundant rewards! Young participants from multiple countries not only explored the ancient city of Suzhou on foot, touched the pulse of the Grand Canal by the side of Hanshan Temple, and followed opera masters to sing melodious tunes in the Kunqu Opera Museum, but also learned intangible cultural heritage skills up close at the Silk Museum. At the same time engaging in deep cultural exchange with international friends from Finland, Italy, France, and Russia, discussing cultural differences.

Exploration of Kunqu Opera and Italian Charming

As the morning light first shone, Learn-Will's Grand Canal Culture Camp set sail on August 14th. Our first stop was the Kunqu Opera Museum. The moment we stepped into the venue, it felt like we were back to the era of splendid melodies. We gained a deep understanding of the development of Kunqu Opera, especially the story behind the classic "Peony Pavilion". Under the guidance of the opera master, not only we listened to the melodious and gentle tunes, but also tried a few singing techniques to experience the charm of traditional art.

In the afternoon, the former Deputy General Manager of Nokia China, Zekro from Finalnd, transformed into a chef and led us to make pizza. While experiencing the Italian flavor, it also laid the foundation for a deeper understanding of Italian culture in the afternoon. The cultural exchange with Alessia added an exotic touch to the day.

Russian Humanities Meet Chinese Traditions

On Day 2, Olga from Russia unveiled the mysterious veil of Russian humanities and history for us. Through card games, we wove wonderful stories, allowing history and imagination to blend. At noon, Zekro once again showcased his culinary skills and showed thirty creative ways to make dumplings. Everyone participeted, displaying their extraordinary hands-on ability. In the afternoon, following Bob, we strolled to the Hanshan Temple, listened to the thousand-year-old legends of the Grand Canal, and felt the weight of history and the accumulation of culture.

The Encounter of the Beauty of Silk and French Romance

In the blink of an eye, the final day of the summer camp arrived. We visited the Silk Museum and witnessed the magnificent transformation of silk products of different dynasty. Each exhibit told an ancient and splendid story. The most unforgettable part was the process of making silk fans with Cici, the art teacher.

For lunch, Zekro guided us in making magic bread, filling the air with a sweet aroma.  As the rhythm of the African drum played "Hello," it gently concluded our cultural journey. For the last session, Aurore brought us a wonderful introduction to French culture. Everyone not only learned daily phrases in French but also planted the yearning for the romantic French culture in their hearts.

Three days passed quickly, and our Grand Canal Cultural Summer Camp came to a conclusion. From the melodious Kunqu Opera to the romance of Italy, from the humanities of Russia to the traditions of China, and from the splendor of silk to the elegance of France every moment was full of surprises and enrichment.

Let's carry this precious memory and continue our journey, continually seeking the light of diverse cultures, enriching our minds and souls with the vastness of cultural wonders.

融荟大运河文化双语夏令营欢乐结营，收获满满！来自多个国家的青少年不仅用脚步丈量苏州古城，在寒山寺畔触摸大运河的脉动，在昆曲博物馆里跟随戏曲大师吟唱婉转曲调，在丝绸博物馆近距离学习非遗技艺。同时还有机会与来自芬兰、意大利、法国以及俄罗斯的国际友人深度交流，探讨文化差异。

昆曲探秘与意式风情

随着晨光初照，融荟大运河文化双语夏令营在8月14日正式启航。第一站我们来到了昆曲博物馆，踏入场馆的那一刻仿佛魂穿盛世元音的年代，深入了解了昆曲的发展历程，特别是经典之作《牡丹亭》背后的故事。在戏曲老师的悉心指导下，我们不仅聆听了那悠扬婉转的曲调，还亲自尝试了几招演唱技巧，感受了传统艺术的魅力。午后，来自芬兰的Zekro爷爷（前诺基亚中国区副总经理）化身大厨，带领我们动手制作披萨，体验了一把意式风味的同时，也为下午深入了解意大利文化奠定了基础。与Alessia的意大利文化交流更是让这一天充满了异国情调。

俄式人文与中式传统碰撞

来自俄罗斯的Olga为我们揭开了俄罗斯人文历史的神秘面纱，通过卡片游戏，我们共同编织了一个个精彩的故事，让历史与想象交织成趣。午间，Zekro爷爷再次施展厨艺，展示了饺子的三十种创意包法，大家纷纷大显身手，展现出了不凡的动手能力。午后，跟随着Bob老师的步伐，我们漫步至寒山寺，聆听苏杭大运河的千年传说，感受那份历史的厚重与文化的积淀。

丝绸之美与法式浪漫邂逅

转眼，夏令营来到了最后一天。我们走进了丝绸博物馆，见证了不同年代丝绸制品的华丽蜕变，每一幅展品都诉说着古老而绚烂的故事。最令人难忘的，莫过于与美育老师共同制作丝扇的过程，大家的巧手之下，一把把充满古典韵味的扇子应运而生。午餐，Zekro爷爷带我们一起制作了魔法面包，香甜的气息弥漫在空气中。随后，非洲鼓的《你好》旋律响起，为这趟文化之旅画上温馨的一笔。最后，法国友人Aurore女士为我们带来了法国文化的精彩介绍，大家不仅学习了简单的法语日常用语，更在心中种下了对法国浪漫文化的向往。

三天的时光匆匆流逝，我们的大运河文化夏令营也圆满落下了帷幕。从昆曲的悠扬到意大利的浪漫，从俄罗斯的人文到中国的传统，再到丝绸的华彩与法国的优雅，每一刻都充满了惊喜与收获。让我们带着这份宝贵的记忆，继续前行，在未来的日子里，不断追寻更多文化的光芒，让心灵的世界因文化而更加丰富多彩。
