北京理工华汇智能科技有限公司（以下简称“理工华汇”）于近期宣布顺利完成数千万元人民币天使轮融资，本次融资由深创投集团领投，方广资本等知名投资机构及产业方软通动力(301236.SZ)共同跟投。理工华汇成立于2015年9月，系北京理工大学学科性公司，专注于人形机器人及其核心部件的开发与应用，致力于为全球客户提供先进的运动控制解决方案与机器人整体系统服务。

Beijing Institute of Technology Huahui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“HARIBIT”) recently announced the successful completion of its angel round financing that raised tens of millions of yuan. The transaction was led by Shenzhen Capital Group (“SCGC”), with follow-up investment from FG Venture and other well-known investment institutions and iSoftStone (301236.SZ) as the CVC. Founded in September 2015, HARIBIT is a discipline-based company of Beijing Institute of Technology. HARIBIT focuses on the development and application of humanoid robots and their core components, with a commitment to providing global customers with advanced motion control solutions and robotics system services.

北京灵思创奇科技有限公司（以下简称“灵思创奇”）于近期宣布顺利完成数千万元人民币A轮融资，本轮融资由深创投集团独家投资。灵思创奇成立于2013年，专注于为客户提供自主可控的智能装备仿真测试一体化平台及轻量级数字孪生体解决方案，产品落地于无人系统，机器人，电机伺服控制等垂直产业场景，服务于国防军工，商业航天，汽车，能源电力及工厂自动化，高校工程教育及科研领域等行业。

Beijing Lingsi Chuangqi Technology Co., Ltd. (“Linkstech”) recently announced the successful completion of its Series A financing of tens of millions of yuan. The transaction was solely invested by SCGC. Founded in 2013, Linkstech focuses on providing autonomous controllable intelligent equipment simulation testing integrated platform and lightweight digital twin solutions. Its products are implemented in unmanned systems, robotics, motor servo control, and other vertical industry scenarios and services in the industries of national defense, commercial aerospace, automotive, energy and power, and factory automation, as well as engineering education and scientific research.

北京机器人产业发展投资基金于近期宣布顺利完成对星海图（苏州）人工智能科技有限公司（以下简称“星海图”）金额为数千万元人民币的独家投资。星海图于2023年9月成立，是一家专注于打造“一脑多形”具身智能机器人的人工智能公司，致力于开拓智能制造、仓储物流、跨境电商、家用等场景中的应用可能，打造具身智能前沿生态。

Beijing Robotics Industry Development Investment Fund recently announced the successful completion of its investment of tens of millions of yuan in Xinghaitu (Suzhou) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (“Galaxea”). Founded in September 2023, Galaxea is an artificial intelligence company focusing on building “One Brain Multiple Forms” embodied intelligence robots, and is committed to exploring potential applications in intelligent manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, cross-border e-commerce, and household scenarios, among others in a bid to create a cutting-edge ecosystem of embodied intelligence.
