We are looking for a responsible and pro-active Team Administrator to manage the Consulate-General’s reception and administrative tasks. The successful applicant is expected to be detailed-oriented, very organized, has strong team and customer focus, able to work to deadlines and have good bilingual communication skills.

If the successful applicant is not currently living in Shanghai, they will be required to cover their own relocation costs. All accommodations, taxation and other costs associated with living in Shanghai, China will be a personal responsibility of the successful applicant.
