Dr. David Pan is the leading partner of the Regulatory Compliance Service Group of Llinks Law Offices LLP. Dr. Pan obtained his LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Admitted to practiced law in China and New York State, Dr. Pan has practiced law in China and in the U.S. over 20 years. Besides private practice, Dr. Pan once acted as Global Deputy General Counsel for Huntsman Corporation’s polyurethanes division and APAC General Counsel for all Huntsman’s business divisions
