广安独特美食

广安,这座位于四川东部的城市,仿佛是一幅流动的历史画卷,处处散发着浓厚的人文气息。如果深入探索广安这片土地,品尝当地特色美食,一定能感受广安的魅力。

Guang'an, a city in eastern Sichuan, is like a scroll painting unfolding through time, permeated with a strong sense of humanity. Exploring Guang’an’s culinary secrets and savoring its local delicacies allow one to properly taste the distinct flavors of this place.

盐皮蛋,是一种广安独有的美食。它的独特之处在于,一颗鸭蛋中同时拥有盐蛋和皮蛋的美妙风味。晶莹剔透的外壳下,隐藏着两种截然不同的口感:蛋白部分如同皮蛋般弹嫩,蛋黄部分则如同盐蛋般酥香。独特而丰富的口感和滋味,让人无法忘怀。

Salted Preserved Egg, a Guang'an specialty, exhibits its charm in a unique way. Its uniqueness lies in the harmonious coexistence of salted egg and preserved egg flavors within a single duck egg. Under its translucent shell, two distinct textures await: Egg white tastes like the preserved egg, tender and jelly-like, while the yolk is fragrant and crispy, similar to salted egg.

醉仙麻辣牛肉,是广安孕育出的美食瑰宝。从选料开始,匠人们就精益求精。麻辣与肉香的完美结合,让人欲罢不能。麻辣的程度,恰到好处,无论是当作零食还是下酒菜,醉仙麻辣牛肉都是食客的不二之选。

武胜丰盛早餐

作为农业大县,武胜以其丰富的农产品而闻名,如优质的大米、面粉和粮油等。其中,飞龙太阳面声名远扬,不仅推动了武胜特色面食的发展,还让麻哥面、猪肝面等走出武胜,走向全国。

麻哥面在武胜是最受欢迎的早餐之一。这种面食以其柔软而不黏稠的特性著称,面条洁白,汤色鲜红,色泽诱人。将肉臊子均匀拌入面中,吃起来口感绵软鲜香,独具特色,以“麻、辣、香、酥、鲜、嫩”而闻名遐迩,成为武胜的一大特色,深受当地人喜爱。

Wusheng County boasts a strong culinary reputation with Mage noodles among the most popular breakfast options. Mixed evenly with minced meat sauce, the dish is soft, fresh, and aromatic, characterized by its “numbing, spicy, fragrant, crispy, fresh, tender” flavors. Mage noodles has become a signature snack in Wusheng, particularly among locals. People can be seen enjoying Mage noodles at any time of day.

猪肝面与麻哥面在武胜几乎是家喻户晓的美食拍档。在武胜,只要有麻哥面的地方,就一定有猪肝面的身影。猪肝口感薄嫩、滑爽鲜美;面条色泽鲜亮,口感滑爽,不仅美味,还具有补气补血、明目的功效,是老少皆宜的健康美食。

武胜的豆花不添加过多的配料,只有一个油碟,可以选择红油、清油或半清红油。豆花的口感有老嫩之分,老豆花质地接近豆腐,嫩豆花则更接近豆腐脑。

滑肉汤是武胜家家户户都会烹饪的传统菜肴,主要由瘦肉和红苕豆粉制成,加入适量的蔬菜,不仅味道鲜美,还具有补肾养血、滋阴润燥的功效。

In Wusheng, the culinary combination of pork liver noodles and Mage noodles are practically household names. Pork liver noodles are almost always served alongside Mage noodles. Those with a large appetite may order a bowl of Mage noodles and a bowl of pork liver noodles simultaneously. The pork liver noodles, made with a variety of special ingredients, have been continuously refined over decades, resulting in a soft and smooth texture with a fresh and delectable flavor. The noodles themselves are bright in color and slippery in texture, making them not only delectable but also beneficial for boosting energy, improving blood circulation, and enhancing vision. They are a healthy and tasty treat suitable for all ages.

达州饮食江湖

达州的雨水充沛、空气湿润,因此养成了达州人爱吃辣的饮食习惯。达州人特别喜欢七星椒入菜,七星椒有散寒除湿的作用、还能够抵御湿气对人体的伤害。

Spiciness in Dazhou comes from the Seven Star Chilies, among the spiciest peppers in China, with a spice rating of seven out of seven. To balance this intense heat, great effort is made to create a dish that is spicy yet not overly drying, with a rich flavor that has attracted customers for over two decades.

说到七星椒,就不得不说达州的卤菜品牌,现在已经成为了达州特产的三圣宫七星椒。为了中和七星椒霸道的辣味,三圣宫七星椒在配方上下足了工夫,做的香辣适口,辣而不燥,滋味醇厚。

灯影牛肉,堪称达州的璀璨明珠。历经百年岁月的沉淀,已经从一道地方美食晋升为四川省非物质文化遗产。其肉质细薄如纸,红亮诱人。牛肉香气,更让人回味无穷。

Lantern Shadow Beef, a shining gem in Dazhou, Sichuan, has evolved over a century from a local delicacy to a provincial intangible cultural heritage, radiating a brilliant cultural glow. Its meat is thinly sliced like paper, bright red and inviting, reminiscent of the last rays of sunset. With each chew, the mouth is filled with a surge of numbing, spicy, fresh, and fragrant aromas, as if a mountain spring is awakening the taste buds. The lingering aroma of beef leaves a lasting impression with every bite.

在达州的饮食江湖中,还藏匿着一道让人闻之垂涎、食之忘返的绝世美味——那便是江阳酸辣鸡。色泽鲜亮的江阳酸辣鸡,诱人的金黄中泛着点点红艳;辣中带着一丝酸爽,酸中又透出些许甜意,不论口味还是色泽都层次丰富。

In the culinary realm of Dazhou, there’s another mouthwatering dish: Jiangyang Sour and Spicy Chicken. This dish captures the essence of the last light of sunset with its vivid golden hue flecked with scarlet, attracting many foodies.
