在2019年和2020年两届成都超百公里越野挑战赛中，郑钧月均获得了女子组的冠军。此外，她还曾5次踏上世界最难越野赛事之一的“意大利巨人之旅”，用106小时完成了近350公里的比赛，穿着自己设计的中国传统服饰红色旗袍冲过终点线。At 39, Zheng Junyue is a clothing designer from Chengdu, Sichuan. A long-time outdoor sports enthusiast, she began participating in ultra-long-distance extreme challenges around 2014. She won the women's category at the Chengdu Ultra 100K Challenge in both 2019 and 2020. 因为是不间断比赛，选手必须自己导航，还要背着水和食物，以及睡袋、保暖衣、头灯、医疗包等必需物资，负重大概七八公斤，即便是夜间也不能停下脚步。As it is a continuous race, competitors must navigate themselves while carrying water, food, sleeping bags, warm clothing, headlamps, medical kits, and other essentials, weighing around 7-8 kilograms, and cannot stop even at night.10月6日开赛后，郑钧月在前200公里左右一直处于领先，但在行进到206公里处时，工作人员提示线路上出现了狼群，需要返回至上一打卡点，走备用路线，耽搁了7个小时，原本领先的郑钧月被南非女选手反超。![]()
“变成第二以后，我也有了更强的斗志想去追上她，基本上就是压缩自己的睡眠时间。”郑钧月回忆，在整个比赛过程中，只有加起来两小时左右的休息。After the race started on October 6, Zheng led for the first 200 kilometers but was delayed for 7 hours when staff warned of a wolf pack on the route, causing her to return to the last checkpoint and take an alternate path. "After falling to second place, I felt a stronger drive to catch up, so I minimized my sleep," Zheng recalled, managing only about 2 hours of rest during the race.![]()
开赛的第三个晚上，郑钧月迷路了，加上原计划被打断害怕输掉比赛，她第一次感到了心慌。最后她决定“我干脆停下来，睡了1个小时，重新整装后再出发”。说到这，她还补了一句，“大漠的星空，真的好美。”On the third night, Zheng got lost and felt anxious about potentially losing the race due to the interruption. Ultimately, she decided to stop for an hour's sleep to regroup. "The starry sky in the desert was truly beautiful," she added.重新出发的郑钧月加快了脚步。“就算我比对手晚到5个小时，因为总成绩会扣除耽误的7个小时，我还是冠军，但在中国比赛，我不想在外籍选手后面第二个冲线。” 最终，郑钧月用79小时43分19秒的成绩，第一个冲过了终点线。After resuming her pace, Zheng thought, "Even if I arrive 5 hours later than my opponent, the total time would deduct the 7 hours I lost, making me the champion. But in a Chinese race, I didn’t want to cross the finish line second to a foreign competitor." In the end, Zheng crossed the finish line first with a time of 79 hours, 43 minutes, 19 seconds.![]()
