小时候,我们渴望成⻓,想要与未知的新奇世界产生联接。那时的期望,如同一艘艘承载着美好的小船,带着我们游往成人世界的彼岸。

As children, we longed to grow up and connect with the mysterious and exciting world beyond. Our hopes were like little boats filled with dreams, sailing us towards the shores of adulthood.

长大后,我们暮然回首,自己已然驻足岸上,不禁要问,那时的小船现在何方?它是否还会回来? 我们又是否能够重新上船?

As we grew up and looked back, we found ourselves standing on the shore, asking, "Where is that little boat now? Will it ever return? Can we ever board it again?"


这次展览通过天浩导演的三部作品尝试给我们一个作答。

    This exhibition, through three films directed by Tian Hao, attempts to offer an answer.






认识天浩是从短片《醉隶》开始的,微醺的保安(天浩饰演)唱着一段川剧,结合方言的对白讲诉自己作为一个小保安无奈又滑稽的生活,一段长镜头表演癫得自由自在,他用川剧唱腔微妙地表达着情绪,而不会给观众带来传统戏曲文化的距离感。天浩的创作总是透露着浓厚的市井气息,(他似乎偏爱)以‘重庆城’为背景,聚焦于乡土主题的人物。他凭着在美国留学所积累的扎实功力,养成了敏感的故事统筹能力,以及他先天的视觉直觉,将内容深度表达的同时,不会让人感觉到无趣,这使得他的作品与我产生了深刻的联结。他的作品都是在讲述重庆山城里发生的故事,当方言从人物本身熟悉契合的状态说出来的时候,观看的人也会觉得亲切合理。

I first became acquainted with Tian Hao through his short film "Drunk Solo." In it, a slightly tipsy security guard (played by Tian Hao) sings a Sichuan opera while speaking in dialect about his absurd and helpless life as a security guard. His performance in a long take is wildly free-spirited, subtly conveying emotions without distancing the audience from traditional culture. Tian Hao's works are always steeped in the flavor of the local and folk life. He often sets his films in the city of Chongqing and focuses on characters rooted in local themes. With a solid foundation from studying in the United States, Tian Hao has developed a keen sense of storytelling and a natural visual intuition. His ability to tell deep stories without them feeling tedious has created a profound connection with me. Beyond the stories set in Chongqing's mountains and rivers, when characters speak in their familiar dialect, it feels both intimate and fitting for the audience.

作为重庆人的我,也在用一个熟悉却又相对独立的(他的)视角,在观察自己的家乡,理解自己家乡的人物。他们,都在丰富重庆山水的故事与文化。

As a person from Chongqing myself, I find myself observing my hometown and understanding its people from a familiar yet relatively independent perspective. These individuals enrich the stories and culture of Chongqing's landscapes.
工·土·生就是这样一场展览,天浩的作品让我们在茫茫生活里开始去思考那艘快被遗忘的“小船”。展览选择了天浩的三部作品:《上岸》、《致晚春》、《工土生》,他们递进关系式地形成了对于“船”这个隐喻问题的一种回答,同时当观众与天浩的镜头对话时,也激发他们内省的思考,从而形成一种自我的回响。
The exhibition Gong Tu Sheng is a space where Tian Hao's films inspire us to ponder the nearly forgotten "little boat" of life. The exhibition features three of his films: "On Shore," "To the Late Spring," and "Voyage to Mundane", which together form a progressive answer to the metaphorical question of the "boat." As viewers engage with Tian Hao's camera, they are also encouraged to reflect internally, creating a resonant echo within themselves.

我们这次展览的设计,其主要概念是Exhibition in the office,我们思考要如何打破“白盒子”一样传统的陈列方式,真正拉近观者与艺术作品的距离,从而构建一种新的审美体验。有样建筑设计不仅仅是一间设计事务所的办公室,其实它正是这次策展的创意和计划的原点,便也理所当然的成为了这次展览的物理载体,它不是划分一个单独的展览区域出来,而是将展览交杂混合在了办公室的使用空间里与原始的空间物件产生新的联系。

The concept of this exhibition revolves around the idea of "Exhibition in the Office." We aimed to break away from the traditional "white box" display method and genuinely bring viewers closer to the artworks, fostering a new aesthetic experience. Although RY+P Architecture Design is an office, it also served as the origin for this exhibition's concept and planning. Naturally, it became the physical venue for this exhibition. Rather than isolating a specific exhibition area, the exhibition is interwoven into the office space itself, creating new connections with its original elements.

比如,我们将其中一个日常办公的工位转化成了一个放映的观影位置,又例如我们将一个原本连接上下楼的悬空楼梯,改造成了亲密的主放映空间等。他们让观看者在嵌入环境里去体验内容,使得本次展览为大众提供了一场独特又先锋的展览体验。这次工·土·生展览分为屋顶的画面故事区,悬梯主放映区,办公位一人观展区以及录音反馈装置区四个区域部分。

For example, we transformed a regular office desk into a viewing spot, and an aerial staircase that originally connected the upper and lower floors became the main screening area. These elements allow visitors to experience the content while immersed in the environment, offering a unique and avant-garde exhibition experience. The Gong Tu Sheng exhibition is divided into four areas: the rooftop story screen area, the main screening area on the aerial staircase, the one-person viewing area at the office desk, and a sound recording feedback installation area.

《上岸》讲述了一位老人试图通过自己的努力和向家人筹款,去打捞被江水冲走的船,最终不得不放弃的故事。它寓言般地没有出现船只的影像,而是用画面描述了老人与亲人联系时的失落无奈,将那艘无法看见的船永远的沉没在影片最后的长长的阶梯之上。

"On Shore" tells the story of an elderly man trying to retrieve a boat swept away by the river by raising funds from his family, only to ultimately give up. The film is allegorical in that it never shows the boat; instead, it portrays the man's frustration and helplessness when communicating with his family, leaving the unseen boat forever submerged on the long steps at the film's end.

《致晚春》记录了一位来自四川泸州的打工者,在重庆被生活折腾之后又返回老家的故事。影片一开始他那句略带执拗的 ‘我觉得重庆不适合我生活’,让观众带着主观的疑问去阅读主角的勤奋、迷茫、踌躇与决绝。这些我们会在生活里时常经历的摇摆,不断地提醒着我们,我们谁不是被这些看似不重要的每一个决定和遭遇影响着的呢?

"To the Late Spring" follows the story of a worker from Luzhou, Sichuan, who returns to his hometown after being worn out by life in Chongqing. At the beginning of the film, his stubborn declaration, "I don't think Chongqing is suitable for me," invites the audience to explore his diligence, confusion, hesitation, and determination. These are the moments we often encounter in life, constantly reminding us that every seemingly insignificant decision and experience shapes who we are.

《工土生》不是一部寻常的人物纪录片。画面里都是主角看似平淡的木工工作与家庭生活,天浩通过对于主角形象的深度刻画,让自己与观众在影片中得到了某种情绪的平和。通过带着深切情感的近距离地观察,他试图让观众理解这种平和,理解我们的生活不在别处,也许就在我们当下。

"Voyage to Mundane" is not a typical character documentary. The film's footage mostly features the protagonist's seemingly mundane carpentry work and family life. Through a close and heartfelt observation, Tian Hao attempts to let the audience understand a sense of peace — that our lives are not elsewhere, but perhaps right here, in the present.

希望通过这样一个完整的先锋观展体验,让观众思考,寻找自己关于那艘“小船”的答案。

We hope that through this comprehensive and avant-garde viewing experience, the audience will reflect and seek their own answers regarding their "little boat."

独立导演 / 2020至今

商业纪录片/故事片、广告导演

坚持原创电影内容输出,每年至少一部的专注创作,先后创作拍摄了《上岸》、《致晚春》、《工土生》等作品。系列作品在多个国际电影节中斩获佳绩。


梦入梨园 / 2018-2019
因一心热爱,机缘巧合下拜入梨园。根据川剧同名折子戏改编 “一镜到底”电影短片《醉隶》,该作品反响热烈。后与省川剧研究院合作,导演川剧名家访谈系列节目《遇见·川剧》。并与知名UP主墨韵合作,融合川剧角色创作MV《万神纪》,点击量超万百。

深造彼岸 / 2013-2018
首部短片作品《特别远,非常近》一举荣获第四届中国校园电视节金奖,由此开始研习电影艺术。于北美留学期间创作的《匿名怀表》、《扳手》、《他乡》等多部作品,皆由 Roku Channel 的Ayerswood Emerging Filmmakers 频道收录。‍‍

Independent Filmmaker / 2020 to PresentDirector of Commercial Documentaries/Feature Films and AdvertisementsDedicated to producing original film content with a focus on creating at least one project each year. Notable works include On shore, To the Late Spring, and Voyage to Mundane. This series of works has garnered acclaim at various international film  festivals and will be featured in a special film exhibition in Chongqing this fall.Dreaming in the Pear Garden / 2018-2019Driven by a deep passion, I serendipitously became a disciple in the traditional Chinese opera world. I adapted the Sichuan opera piece into the “one-take” short film Drunken Solo, which received widespread acclaim. Later, I collaborated with the Sichuan Opera Research Institute to direct the interview series Meeting Sichuan Opera, featuring renowned Sichuan opera artists. I also worked with the well-known content creator Mò Yùn to create the music video The Chronicles of the Gods, which has garnered over a million views.Advanced Studies Abroad / 2013-2018My debut short film So Far, So Close won the Gold Award at the 4th China Campus TV Festival, marking the beginning of my exploration into the art of filmmaking. While studying in North America, I created several works, including The Pocket Watch, The Wrench, and Another Home, all of which were featured on the Ayerswood Emerging Filmmakers channel on Roku.
