罗泽琼说，她们这一支队伍叫熊猫绣娘针织文创队，成立至今已经有5年时间，如今已经陆续发展了100余名成员，年龄多为五六十岁，被称之为“熊猫嬢嬢”，“有40多名成员常年活跃，其中20多名绣娘已经成了队伍骨干，我们的主要工作内容就是围绕熊猫用毛线做一些针织文创产品，如今已经有了包括挎包、帽子在内的20余个品类。”Luo Zeqiong said their team was established five years ago and has since grown to include over 100 members, most of whom are in their fifties and sixties. 罗泽琼是文创队的队长，也是最初队伍成立的发起人。2019年，为丰富中老年妇女的空闲生活，罗泽琼成立了熊猫绣娘针织文创队，并召集了40个赋闲在家的中老年妇女进行培训，“我作为队长，免费教她们针法技巧，她们学会之后，就一起做一些手工艺品拿去售卖，我记得2019年国庆节一周，我们的产品就卖了7000多元，极大地提高了大家的积极性。”In 2019, Luo founded the team to enrich the lives of middle-aged and elderly women. She gathered 40 women who were not working and trained them in knitting techniques for free. "After they learned, we started making crafts to sell. 罗泽琼今年54岁，从小就对针织产生了浓厚的兴趣。长大后，她也如愿到针织厂上班，即使后来离开针织厂，还是把毛线活儿带在身边。前些年，她在机缘巧合之下成立了熊猫绣娘针织文创队，“这是我的爱好，我也希望有更多和我一样的人，通过自己的努力，在中老年时期还能创造价值，让自己活得更有意义，让我们中国的针织文化走向世界。”Luo Zeqiong is 54 years old and has had a passion for knitting since childhood. She fulfilled her dream of working in a knitting factory as an adult and continued practicing knitting even after leaving the factory. A few years ago, she founded the team.
