IBM is investigating the allegation against its China head Chen Xudong after a 15-page letter surfaced online detailing alleged misconduct. According to a Bloomberg report, a former IBM employee alleged in the letter that Chen, the chairman of IBM's Greater China Group, accepted gifts, leaked confidential information, and violated company expense policies.
