With 19 years of teaching experience, Shiva Wang initially studied pranayama and meditation at the ashram of Shri Rajpal Yogacharya Guru in North India. She then continued her studies and teaching in 20 countries. During the 3-day retreat, she will guide you on your path to self-healing.
3-Day Healing Retreat in Hainan

This journey blends yoga, dining, and sensory experience, allowing you to practice yoga by the sea and seek inner peace through the power of nature.
Li Ethnic Group's Welcome Ceremony
After checking in, participants will gather in the hotel lobby to enjoy welcome drinks. You will then proceed to the art space, where staff dressed in traditional Li attire will perform a welcoming ceremony.

After the welcome ceremony, you can explore the hotel, a filming location for popular movies, and see the spots featured in these films.
Seed Yoga 1
The first Seed Yoga will take place on the hotel's lawn. Led by Shiva, this class will activate your core, stretch your spine, and leave your body and mind feeling energized.
Beach Buffet Dinner
BYMB, in collaboration with Raffles Hainan, has designed a seafood buffet dinner on the white beach. Enjoy the sea breeze, savor seafood delicacies, and sip on a drink, creating unforgettable memories of this journey.
Seed Yoga 2
At 7:30 am on the second day, BYMB will host a morning flow yoga on the beach. The class will begin and end with Sanskrit seed sound chants, achieving harmony of body, mind, and spirit.
Floating Sound Therapy
In a floating state, you will experience the spatial sensation brought by the vibrations of singing bowls. This therapy calms your mind and relaxes tense muscles.
Aromatic Singing Bowl Therapy
Shiva will guide you through breath meditation with the fragrance of plants. She will use the vibrations of singing bowls to stimulate the chakras, reduce tension and stress, and bring you to a soothing state. This deep meditation will ensure an incredibly nice sleep.
Seed Yoga 3
On the third morning, participants will practice Seed Yoga on the coconut grove lawn in front of a chapel. Following the instructor, participants will focus on prana and use chanting, cleansing, locking, and pranayama techniques to connect with the inner self.
