Pudong's Largest Shopping Mall in the Future
World-Class TOD
Located in Jinqiao, Prisma is developed by the Kuok Group in partnership with HZM Capital.
Gate M
The Kuok Group is no stranger to Shanghai, with landmark projects like Jing'an Kerry Center and Pudong Kerry Center under its belt. HZM Capital is also quite influential, known for managing top-tier projects such as the Xuhui Huajing TOD, and the Gate M.
Prisma boasts a total scale of approximately 430,000 ㎡, including 47,000 ㎡ of premium residential space, a super Grade A office building of about 25,000 ㎡, and a 360,000 ㎡ of commercial space.
Conveniently adjacent to Jufeng Road Station on metro lines 6 and 12, Prisma will feature a new 9-meter-wide public passageway that will be open 24/7, achieving integration of transportation, commerce, and residential living.
Shanghai's Second Largest Commercial Hub
The commercial space at Prisma is particularly impressive, with a staggering area of 360,000 ㎡.
Rendering of Songjiang Incity Phase II
The current largest mall in Shanghai, Shanghai Nanxiang Incity MEGA, is 340,000 ㎡, and the combined two phases of Songjiang Incity will total about 405,000 ㎡. Thus, once completed, Prisma will be the second-largest shopping mall in Shanghai and the largest one in Pudong.
The commercial section will focus on emerging consumer elements such as culture, art, and digital technology, highlighting their impact on modern lifestyles and market trends.
The eco-canyon-style design is another highlight. It enhances green landscapes through glass curtain walls and links diverse commercial scenes with circular pathways.
The project will also feature extensive greenery, sky gardens, and waterfall landscapes.
Scheduled to be completed and open to the public in 2025, Prisma plans to house over 500 stores. By then, Shanghai will have a new commercial landmark.
