Livat Shanghai promises to be the biggest new commercial landmark in Shanghai this year and feature the largest shopping mall in Changning.
The shopping mall will introduce over 350 retail brands, with flagship and concept stores comprising more than half of the offerings.
Once it opens, the shopping mall will enhance the lifestyle and commercial scene of Changning, and create a new destination for both locals and visitors to enjoy shopping, dining, and relaxation.
In addition to the shopping mall, the office buildings will also debut. This marks the first appearance of Ingka Group's Livat Office brand in China.
Unlike conventional Grade A offices, Livat Office will offer a more natural, minimalistic, and user-friendly Scandinavian-style workspace.
The five office buildings will be situated atop a large-scale rooftop garden, with more than ten Scandinavian-style commercial cabins.
This space also features small-scale gardens. The rooftop gardens and shopping mall are easily accessible.
With over 50 years of experience in developing and operating shopping malls, Ingka Centers is a part of the Ingka Group alongside IKEA Retail and Ingka Investments.
Livat, affiliated with Ingka Centers, entered the Chinese market in 2009 with the aim of creating a lively destination and a gathering center open to everyone.
