Livat Shanghai
Changning's Largest Mall
Located in Changning, Livat Shanghai is Ingka Group's largest single investment project in the world.
The investment exceeds 8 billion RMB and the construction area is over 430,000 ㎡, including 210,000 ㎡ of commercial space and 5 office buildings totalling 65,000 ㎡.
Livat Shanghai promises to be the biggest new commercial landmark in Shanghai this year and features the largest shopping mall in Changning.
The shopping mall will introduce over 350 retail brands, with flagship and concept stores comprising more than half of the offerings.
Once it opens, Livat Shanghai will enhance the lifestyle and commercial scene of Changning, and create a new destination for both locals and visitors to enjoy shopping, dining, and relaxation.

Gate M
Located in West Bund, Gate M covers a total construction area of 162,000 m².

It is expected to open in 2024. Currently, several brands have been confirmed to set up stores in the mall, including ROCKHOUR, Molifornia by Moreprk, West Bund Grand Theatre, and West Bund Dome Art Center.

Located on the north bank of Suzhou River, Suhewan Hopson One is the commercial section of Ankang Mansion.
The shopping center covers about 140,000㎡ and is expected to open within the year. Additionally, there is a 60,000㎡ Shanghai-style historical area, which will be developed into a commercial street.

West Bund Financial City

West Bund Financial City is a large-scale complex integrating finance, commerce, tourism, culture, and art.
The commercial area includes a shopping center, waterfront flagship stores, an art and design hub, the renovated Nanpu Railway Station and museums.
Phase Ι of West Bund Financial City was once the Nanpu Railway Station, China's earliest railway freight station. The project preserves the century-old tracks, bricks, station wall lamps, and wooden canopies. Currently, five spaces have been created, rejuvenating the century-old station with a modern touch.
Even before its official opening, West Bund Financial City has created unique scenes that have gone viral online.
According to plans, West Bund Financial City will be completed by 2026, and the commercial area will start opening in phases this year.

Meilan Lake Jindi Plaza
The overall volume of Meilan Lake Jindi Plaza is 700,000 ㎡. Planned to include a shopping mall, offices, apartments, and residences, it is a rare large-scale TOD complex in North Shanghai.
The shopping mall spans approximately 135,000 ㎡ and connects with Meilan Lake Station on Line 7.
Notably, the corridor connecting the four buildings at Meilan Lake Jindi Plaza is the widest among all mall corridors in Shanghai, with the broadest section reaching 22.8 meters.
In addition, the mall features staircase and plaza on the 3rd floor, creating an elevated square adorned with greenery and unique decorations.

PAC

The project fosters connectivity between indoor and outdoor spaces, and infuses cultural elements with Shanghai's features.

GLBC MALL
With a total area of 1.2 million ㎡, GLBC MALL is located in the golden triangle of the Bund, Lujiazui and Dongjiadu.
It features a green square, historical buildings, and leisure spaces along the riverside, including the 300-year-old Merchant Marine Club, the 183-year-old St. Francis Xavier Church, and the Dongjiadu Art Center.
The total commercial area is about 180,000 ㎡. Phase Ι was unveiled at the end of September 2021, with phase Ⅱ scheduled to open in September this year.
Phase Ⅱ consists of four above-ground levels and two underground levels. It will introduce many first stores and flagship locations for international high-end brands, designer boutiques, and upscale dining.
