Shanghai Terrace Yoga Festival is back. This festival is held by BYMB, a community of more than 100 thousand members. Over the past 9 years, BYMB has organized over 700 rooftop yoga events, establishing itself as one of Shanghai's unique cultural highlights.

This year's Shanghai Terrace Yoga Festival is stepping up once again. In addition to terraces, venues will include luxury hotels, villas, landmarks, shopping malls, parks, and art galleries.

Every year during the Shanghai Terrace Yoga Festival, BYMB is dedicated to discovering more venues and creating more enjoyable yoga experiences.

This year's Shanghai Terrace Yoga Festival continues to elevate the experience with a variety of new venues including parks, villas, art galleries, museums, and more.

Popular events like Park Therapy, Art Therapy, AI Therapy, Healing Salon, Yoga with Electronic Music, Pet Therapy Parties, Yoga on Boat, and Pool Yoga will all take turns over the next 5 months.

Yoga at Over 60 Venues

Various vibrant yoga classes will be held at more than 60 venues listed above.

This year's Shanghai Terrace Yoga Festival features a lineup of international and domestic yoga masters.

Among them are Dr Sujeet, a Yoga PhD from Tagore University in India, Cao Qingbo, a pioneering figure in Chinese women's traditional medicine yoga, and Yang Qi, the founder of Five Elements Meridian Yoga, and many others.

This diverse group of yoga instructors covers a wide range of yoga styles including Kundalini Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Universal Yoga, Inner Flow Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine Yoga, Five Elements Meridian Yoga, and Healing Yoga.

They will share and teach the traditions, techniques, and philosophical insights of different yoga styles, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the essence of yoga while finding their inner balance and peace.
