Looking at the aerial photos of the entire area, it is hard to ignore the No. 8 building in the center. The raw concrete structure and the oversized orange staircase create a strong contrast.

This building, which once served as the core of the cement factory, is now the home of BLOOMARKET, Shanghai's first riverside market.
