针对网传“印度iPhone制造良率偏低”的消息，鸿海（2317.TW）董事长刘扬伟先生通过媒体回应表示：很多说法都不是真的。
近日刚从印度访问回来的鸿海董事长刘扬伟先生接受了媒体的采访，针对“富士康回到河南”的说法，刘扬伟表示，产品线有高低周期，低期时人少一些，但鸿海在河南最多时是40多万人。

“我们一直没有离开河南，河南是我们在中国大陆最大厂区，这个过程中，过去时间，有很多相关人士，‘要黑富士康’，这不是事实，鸿海在河南最多时是40多万人，那么大厂区怎么可能说撤就撤？但是产品线有高低周期，在低期时，当然人不多，有些人晚上去看厂区附近，说他们生意不好，为何不看白天？鸿海没有要撤离河南。”富士康在河南省郑州市共有航空港厂区、经开厂区、白沙镇厂区三大厂区，其中最大的航空港厂区主要生产智能手机。按照生产规律，每年的9月至12月是富士康的生产旺季，从5-6月开始，富士康陆续招工，7-8月，各地的富士康开始大量招募派遣工。这一段时间，网上密集的说印度制造iPhone15时，良率太低，甚至只有50%左右，同时还有卫生管理不达标，大肠杆菌超标，用户抵制，所以苹果订单现在都回流中国了。刘扬伟先生表示，“印度制造与中国大陆制造的没有什么差别，若是（良率）只有50%，我早就撤了；我不撤，客户都叫我撤了”。刘扬伟先生前不久访问了印度，并和印度总理莫迪先生进行了会谈，商量未来投资印度的具体事宜。刘扬伟先生在8月17日接受印度媒体采访时表示，富士康迄今已在印度投资超100亿美元（约合720亿元人民币），并计划在明年加大投资。“在访问了印度这么多邦之后，我感到印度正在崛起。富士康希望成为其中的一部分，我们将与印度共同成长。”富士康目前在印度拥有约5万名员工，根据苹果、鸿海、莫迪政府三方的规划，印度希望富士康在印度的各个邦都能建立一到两座工厂，拉通约60条苹果产品的生产线，招聘员工总数量达到30万人，实现苹果手机和其它产品，至少有30%的比例生产由印度来完成。今年富士康除了继续加大苹果普通版本手机、耳机、平板的产能扩张外，还应苹果的要求在印度各拉通一条iPhoneMax和Pro版本的高端机型生产线，实现苹果iPhone手机全部能在印度生产的目标。印度莫迪政府上台后，打出了“印度制造”的明牌来吸引全球关注。2020年3月，印度推出“生产挂钩激励计划”（PLI），挑选重点行业集中打造，首期聚焦手机制造、电子零部件和制造业。苹果近几年一直在推动印度手机制造，从2018年开始到现在，把印度制造的份额提升了一倍，从当初的7%不到，提升到2023年底的15%左右，也极大提升了印度手机制造在全球市场的地位，让印度成为全球第二大手机制造基地。印度也从原来从全球市场进口20亿美金的手机，上升到2023年向全球市场出口超110亿美金。近期印度工业联合会(CII)提交给印度政府的一份报告中显示，为了完成印度实现5000亿美元（约合人民币3.63万亿）的电子制造业产值目标，建议印度政府为选定的零部件和子组件提供6-8%的财政支持，财政支持将延长6至8年，以确保有足够的时间扩大规模和提高附加值。同时在SPECS2.0（电子元器件及半导体制造的推动计划）能推出25%至40%的现金补贴支持，包括棕地和绿地类别的潜在投资者，新政策应采用梯度方式，支持补贴金额越高越好。印度虽然持续在推动吸引外国资的电子制造业投资，富士康也积极响应了苹果和莫迪政府的号召持续投资印度，但并不意味着富士康会轻易离开中国。![]()
2023年2月至4月，刘扬伟先生曾在短短60多天时间里三访河南，承诺要“在河南再造一个‘新富士康’”。2023年4月25日，富士康新事业总部在郑州揭牌，富士康方面宣布，将实施“3+3”战略，把郑州基地打造成富士康全球创新和产业布局的核心基地和重要标杆。
根据“河南发布”消息，7月22日，河南省政府与富士康在郑州签署战略合作协议。根据协议，河南省政府支持富士康在郑州建设富士康新事业总部。项目一期选址位于郑东新区，建筑面积约7万平方米，总投资约10亿元。
同时，围绕“3+3”战略的落地实施，富士康近期还将在郑州航空港经济综合实验区布局电动车试制中心、固态电池等项目。7月23日，富士康新能源汽车试制中心已在郑州航空港区举行了开工仪式。
有消息称，目前是全球电子消费品的生产制造订单高峰期，为了应对旺季需求，平衡各方的产能分配，刘扬伟先生在访问完河南、印度之后，还将迅速重返中国大陆，对各大关键园区的工作进度，进行实地考察与调整。

Yangwei visited Henan three times in just over 60 days, promising to
"build a 'new Foxconn' in Henan". On April 25, 2023, Foxconn's new
business headquarters was unveiled in Zhengzhou, and Foxconn announced that it
would implement the "3+3" strategy to build the Zhengzhou base into a
core base and an important benchmark for Foxconn's global innovation and
industrial layout.According to the "Henan Release",
on July 22, the Henan Provincial Government and Foxconn signed a strategic
cooperation agreement in Zhengzhou. According to the agreement, the Henan
provincial government supports Foxconn to build a new Foxconn business
headquarters in Zhengzhou. The first phase of the project is located in
Zhengdong New District, with a construction area of about 70,000 square meters

electric vehicle trial production centers, solid-state batteries and other
