荣耀在声明中表示，作为智能终端领域的领先企业，荣耀拥有丰富的产品组合，而中国移动在渠道资源、用户资源上具有显著优势，双方在面向消费者的综合解决方案创新、中国市场、高端用户拓展等业务领域有广阔的合作空间，通过此次合作，双方将充分发挥各自优势，共同为用户提供更优质、更创新的体验。
数据显示荣耀手机今年上半年仅中国市场的出货量就接近2200万部，加上海外市场约900万部的出货量，上半年荣耀手机的出货量已经超过了3000万部。
2024年1月，荣耀与保时捷设计宣布合作，将卓越的功能性设计与尖端技术完美结合，进一步开拓新的受众。2024年3月底，荣耀宣布在全球范围内正式启用顶级域名honor.com，能更好地在国内和海外市场树立荣耀的品牌形象。

At the beginning of this month, Honor announced its specific IPO plan, which will launch share reform in the fourth quarter of this year, and then launch the IPO in due course. The industry believes that China Mobile's investment is of positive significance for promoting Honor's IPO.
At present, the Honor shareholder level is composed of more than 10 shareholders, including local state-owned assets, agents, third-party capital, etc. In November 2022, when Honor completed its strategic financing, it added 6 new shareholders, including BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., and did not disclose the specific investment amount and equity ratio at that time.
Since Honor spun off from Huawei and became independent for more than 3 years in April 2020, the news of when it will go public has been attracting much attention from the outside world. Previously, there have been many rumors in the industry that Honor intends to "backdoor" listing, and the backdoor party involves a number of listed companies controlled by the Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. However, in November last year, Honor clearly refuted the rumors of "backdoor listing", and said that in order to achieve the company's next stage of strategic development, the company will continue to optimize the equity structure, attract diversified capital to enter, and promote the company's landing in the capital market through initial listing.
Data shows that in the first half of this year, the shipment of Honor mobile phones in the Chinese market alone was close to 22 million units, plus the shipments of about 9 million units in overseas markets, the shipments of Honor mobile phones in the first half of the year have exceeded 30 million units.
In January 2024, HONOR and Porsche Design announced a partnership that will combine superior functional design with cutting-edge technology to further open up new audiences. At the end of March 2024, HONOR announced the official launch of the top-level domain name honor.com globally, which can better establish HONOR's brand image in domestic and overseas markets.
