非线性光学
集 锦
非线性光学晶体是激光变频技术的核心材料,不同应用场合对激光波长要求不同。目前商用NLO晶体如KDP、LBO、BBO、KTP、AgGaS2、ZnGeP2等已经在紫外/可见光和近/中红外区域盛行几十年,KBBF晶体也实现了深紫外(DUV)区域(λ < 200 nm)的激光。随着科技的发展,对激光技术提出了波长更短/更长、功率更高、光学质量更好、小型化程度更高的新要求。
为了拓展具有更好性能的新型NLO晶体体系,在深入了解其晶体结构与性能关系的基础上进行定向结构设计和可控合成,发现新型NLO效应并进一步设计新原理的激光器件,仍然是光电功能材料领域的热点之一。
