2024年高考英语（甲卷）概述
一、听力。1-5题速度偏快，发音地道、连读、弱读多，仅播放一遍，学生反应可能来不及，有一定难度。话题多涉及人们日常生活，如：出游、学业、购物、搬家等。6-20题，两遍，难度适中，第10段材料（17-20题）略有难度，题材较新，是“面向学生和家长的学校活动公告”。实际上，今年其他高考卷听力普遍语速都要快，难度都有提高。
二、阅读。四篇阅读理解难度不大，涉及“娱乐活动公告、猫宠习性解释、医疗火车的公益服务、文学作品结尾撰写”等，有宽度和广度，深度上没有为难学生，也没有过多的长难句和生词障碍。
三、七选五阅读理解。话题为“得当的饮食”，文脉清晰，贴近生活，一至两题易错。整体上说，难度不大。
四、完形填空。话题为“我与祖母的亲情交流”，具有浓郁的家庭亲情氛围，引导学生与亲人多交流，学会共处和认识自我。难度不大， 整体偏易。
五、语法填空。话题为“黄石公园的由来”，人文地理题材。挖空难度不大，63题（what）,考查名词从句，略有难度。
六、改错题。话题为“重庆火锅”，中国饮食文化，蕴含“中国文化自信”的价值导向，中等难度
七、应用文写作。话题为“中国交通方式的发展”，给出了“共享单车-高铁-新能源交通工具”三幅图，体现中国交通技术的发展、及其理念的变更，蕴含着“中国科技自信、追求绿色发展”的价值导向，紧密贴近生活，学生有话可说。
整体而言，2024年陕西高考英语试卷难度适中，处于平稳状态。也仅仅是听力1-5题（仅播放一遍）得分较难。日常训练中，需要强化1-5题的训练，因为学生没有听第二遍的机会，优等生和中等生在此处会拉开一点差距。中等生120分以上，应该可以；优秀生，可以在135分以上；尖子生可以拿到142-147分。
