Our high school volleyball teams kicked off the SISAC season with an exciting away match at SIS on Monday night.

Highlights: The boys played with incredible energy and teamwork, securing a solid win to start the season on a high note.
Girls’ Team:
Result: Loss & Tie
Score: Varsity Team 0:2 Junor Varsity Team 1:1
Highlights: Despite the loss and the tie, the girls showed remarkable determination and fought hard in an intense game. Their effort and spirit were truly commendable.

Sports Update
Dragons On 3! This week marked the official start of our sports season, with first practices kicking off across all campuses for students aged six and up. Our Young Dragons U11 and U8 soccer teams, in partnership with Dream FA, had the chance to meet their coaches, while our middle school soccer teams held their initial sessions and split into their respective squads for the year. Meanwhile, our high school volleyball teams jumped straight into preparations for their season opener at SIS on Monday. On Friday, we launched our Young Dragons Basketball Academy, where our nine and ten-year-olds hit the court for the first time.
With 172 students participating in season one sports, it's been an incredibly busy week, but we're thrilled to see such a growing passion and enthusiasm for sports among our students, from ages six to eighteen. Please note that all season one sports are now closed for registration. Parents interested in season two sports should stay tuned to our weekly newsletters for sign-up information, which will be available in early October.

Pearl River Conference
QSI Shenzhen is proud to host the Pearl River Conference, bringing together Athletic Directors from schools across the region. This event serves as a vital platform for collaboration, where leaders in school athletics can share insights, discuss strategies, and forge stronger connections to enhance our athletic programs.
Over the course of the conference, attendees will engage in a series of discussions and workshops focused on best practices, innovation in sports education, and ways to foster student-athletes' development both on and off the field.
