also a form of artistic expression—a perfect fusion of beauty and strength. It
combines swimming techniques, diving skills, dance fundamentals, gymnastic
strength, and yoga-like flexibility. Mastery of such a diverse skill set is
essential to create a stunning aquatic performance.

Angela began swimming at the age of seven and discovered
synchronized swimming a year later, at eight. Under the mentorship of Coach Hu,
the inspirational coach behind Wang Qianyi and Wang Liuyi, who won the gold
medal in synchronized swimming pairs at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Angela
committed to rigorous training. She practices in the water at least four times
a week and complements her training with ballet sessions twice a week. As the
ancient Chinese proverb says, "How can you get the fragrance of plum blossoms
without enduring the chill of winter?" After seven years of dedication and
hard work, Angela's perseverance bore fruit.
Angela从七岁开始学习游泳，八岁接触花样游泳，在冠军教练胡教练（2024年巴黎奥运会花样游泳双人金牌王芊懿王柳懿的启蒙教练）的指导下，坚持每周至少四次的水中训练和每周两次的芭蕾训练， “不经一番寒彻骨，怎得梅花扑鼻香？”七年的努力和汗水终于浇灌出花朵的盛开。
In July this year, she won the team championship at the 2024 Guangdong Provincial Youth Synchronized Swimming Championships. Additionally, she earned a bronze medal in the youth group synchronized swimming competition at the 2024 Shenzhen Eleventh Olympic Games and secured a silver medal at the 2023 Macau Artistic Swimming Open Championships.
Angela在今年7月“2024年广东省青少年花样游泳锦标赛”中获得集体冠军， 并在”2024年深圳市第十一届运动会”青少年组花样游泳”比赛中荣获双人铜牌，2023年中国澳门艺术游泳公开赛中获得个人银牌。
Angela’s journey exemplifies the power of dedication and
