At our recent DI Coffee on the Main Campus, we discussed a simple yet impactful way to connect with your children every day. It only takes 9 minutes:
3 minutes after they wake up: A warm greeting can set a positive tone for their day.
3 minutes when they come home from school: Take time to ask how their day was, showing them you care about their experiences.
3 minutes at bedtime: End the day with a comforting conversation, helping them feel loved and secure before sleep.
These small moments can make a big difference in fostering meaningful relationships with your kids!
