On September 27th, as a supporting activity of National Science Popularization Day, the 7th International Children's Art & Science Exhibition and the 4th Shanghai International Art & Science Forum were successfully launched at Shanghai Art Collection Museum. This serial activity is co-hosted by Shanghai Art Collection Museum, Committee of Science and Technology of Changning District, Shanghai,and Shanghai Changning Science and Technology Association.

After the ceremony, the 4th Shanghai International Art & Science Forum was held. Experts and scholars in the field of science popularisation, representatives from Consulates in Shanghai shared insights about science and art.

Zeng Fanyi, a renowned scientist, Vice President of Shanghai Science and Art Society, Distinguished Professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Director of Shanghai Jiaotong University Institute of Medical Genetics, gave a speech on "The driving force of social development: a central role of the interplay of science and art".

Along with the opening ceremony, the hosts also set up an outdoor science fair in Tianshan Park, to carry out fun science-related activities and games, so that children, young people and community residents can explore the mysteries of biological evolution through hands-on experience, and have fun in science popularization.
