A. obscure-griseo pubescens, nigro maculata;
elytris fasciis duabus dentatis nigris; tibiis annulatis tarsisque nigris.

Sparingly pubescent, dull greyish, spotted and
banded with black; head yellowish grey, obscurely spotted; antennae longer
than the body, the first two and basal half of the third joint grey, the
remainder black, with the fourth, sixth, eight, tenth, and eleventh at their
bases more or less ashy; prothorax very short and transverse, yellowish grey,
spotted with black; scutellum nearly quadrate, the apex slightly rounded;
elytra short, subparallel, irregularly punctured, greyish, a toothed band
between the base and middle, and a narrower waved interrupted one towards the
apex, with several spots, black, each band bordered with dull fulvous; femora
and tibiae greyish, ringed with black, tarsi black, base of the claw-joint only
grey; body beneath dull brown, with a very thin greyish pile. Length 5 lines.体色深灰略被绒毛，具黑色斑点，鞘翅具两条黑色带条纹;胫节和跗节均为黑色。栖息地，柬埔寨。

这号标本之前错误鉴定为后一种
两者的区别是：黑带鞘翅基半部的黑色横带通常完整，即使有间断，鞘缝处也始终黑色
伸长的这条带则间断，始终不接触鞘缝

proche de tonkinea Pic,mais plus allongé, le pronotum non bombé et seulement finement ponctué, les élytres plus allongés, la pubescence sur la tete, sur le tiers antérieur du pronotum, sur le quart basilaire et sur le tiers apical des élytres densément entremelé de brun rougeatre clair, le pronotum sans bande noire, les taches noires des élytres réunies parfois en sens longitudinal sur le tiers apical, la bande transversale postbasilaire noire réduite parfois à la moitié latérale, le troisième article des antennes sauf à l'apex, la moitié basilaire du quatrième article et le tiers basilaire'des articles suivants à pubescence blanche.
Long. : 12 mm.; larg.: 4 mm. Type de la région de Vientiane, capturé en Juillet 1963.
接近 tonkinea Pic，但更细长。前胸背板不肿胀，有细小的刻点，鞘翅细长；头部、前胸背板端部三分之一、鞘翅基部四分之一和鞘翅端部的三分之一处的绒毛带有浅红褐色。其前胸背板无黑色条带，鞘翅的黑点在端部三分之一处连接在一起，黑色的基部后横带有时候减少到只剩靠近侧缘的一半。触角的第3节除了端部黑色外，被白色绒毛，第4节基半部及第4节以后各节的基部三分之一都被白色短绒毛。
长：12 毫米.宽度：4毫米
英close to tonkinea Pic, but more elongated, the pronotum not domed and only finely punctate, the elytra more elongated, the pubescence on the head, on the anterior third of the pronotum, on the basal quarter and on the apical third of the elytra densely intermingled with light reddish-brown, the pronotum without a black band, the black spots of the elytra sometimes united in a longitudinal direction on the apical third, the black postbasilar transverse band sometimes reduced to the lateral half, the third article of the antennae except at the apex, the basal half of the fourth article and the basal third of the following articles with white pubescence.

67. Agelasta formosana n. ap.
Schwarz, mit grauer Pubeszenz, welche sn der Oberseite zahlreiche Flecken von sehr verschiedener Größe und Form frei läßt; die größten dieser schwarzen Flecken liegen hinter der Basis der Flügeldecken und den Schultern, sowie hinter der Mitte, auch manchmal einige vor der Spitze und bilden in der Regel hinterder Basis eine deutliche Binde, während eine 2. und 3. Binde meist undeutlich ist. Stirn und Scheitel haben eine feine Mittelfurche und sind wie die ganze Oberseite, mit zerstreuten, eingestochenen Pünktchen besetzt, die am Basalteil der Decken etwas kraftiger sind. Das 1. Fühlerglied ist gefeckt, die anderen schwarz mit einem grauen Ring an der Basis. Schenkel in größerer Ausdehnung grau, Schienen außen und an der Spitze schwarz. Unterseite fast ganz grau. Mesosternalfortsatz gehöckert. Länge 11 mm. Fuhosho,VI.09;7.IX.10;Kosempo,V1.09. Eine echte Agelasta: 3. Fühlerglied langer als das 4.黑色，有灰色绒毛，在背面留下许多大小和形状各异的黑色斑点；这些黑点中最大的位于鞘翅基部和肩部的后面，以及中部的后面，有时也有一些在末端的前面，通常在基部后面形成明显的带，而第二和第三带通常不明显。前额和头顶有一个细小的中央沟，与整个背面一样，覆盖着散落的刻点，这些刻点在鞘翅的基部更强一些。触角柄节是黑色的，其他的触角节基部有一个灰色的环纹。足更大程度为灰色，胫节外侧和末端为黑色。底面几乎完全是灰色的。中胸腹板突有瘤突。Black, with gray pubescence, which leaves numerous spots of very different size and shape free on the upper side; the largest of these black spots lie behind the base of the wing coverts and the shoulders, as well as behind the middle, sometimes also some in front of the tip and usually form a distinct band behind the base, while a 2nd and 3rd band is usually indistinct. The 1st antennae is fecked, the others black with a gray ring at the base. Legs in greater extent grey, rails black on the outside and at the tip. Underside almost completely grey. Mesosternal process. A real agelasta: 3rd antennae longer than the 4th.
