西双版纳州青年们在村寨或小城的创业故事,他们有相同之处,又有独特之处。在他们之中,有本村的村民,在传统的文化滋润中形成一门工艺的掌握,在信息时代的融合中形成创新的意识;有来自浙江温州的青年创业家,在走南闯北中起步自己的事业,在小城中碰撞新潮创立自己的品牌,还有通过多项经营一步步发展自身经济的村民.........无论如何,他们都是借助村寨或小城的资源或文化来发展自身事业的青年创业家。
The entrepreneurial stories of young people in the villages or small towns of Xishuangbanna have both commonalities and unique aspects. Among them are villagers from the area who, nurtured by traditional culture, have mastered a craft and developed an innovative mindset in the digital age. There are also young entrepreneurs from Wenzhou, Zhejiang, who started their businesses while traveling across the country, creating their own brands by integrating new trends in small towns. Additionally, there are villagers who have gradually developed their economic prospects through multiple business ventures. Regardless, they are all young entrepreneurs who have leveraged the resources or culture of the villages or small towns to develop their own careers.
西双版纳凭借独特的民族文化、非遗文化、茶资源等,吸引大量游客前往。据相关数据显示,2024年“五一”小长假期间,全州共接待游客189.56万人次,同比增长5.25%;旅游总收入共计21.60亿元,同比增长6.46%。曼远村更是爆火,作为综艺《向往的生活》的取景地,日均接待游客超可达800人,而在西双版纳的村寨和小城里,我们发现这样一批人,他们放弃一线城市的发展机会,返乡或选择小城创立自己的事业,是什么让他们做出了这样的选择?他们又有怎样的创业故事?
从打造“城市超级IP”,宣讲城市整体影响力,到建设网红打卡点“星光夜市”、“曼远村”等,西双版纳州将特有的人文优势、物产资源发挥到极致,无论是丰富多元的民族文化、特有的生物产物,还是联媒时代的故事叙述,都能成为个人发展的助力。创业青年们发现并利用乡村或小城资源的创业资源,为梦想的实现减少了拥挤的通道,但有限的机遇则成为小城创业青年们的新课题。
Xishuangbanna, with its unique ethnic culture, intangible cultural heritage, tea resources, and more, attracts a large number of tourists. According to relevant data, during the May Day holiday in 2024, the entire state received 1.8956 million tourists, an increase of 5.25% year-on-year, with total tourism revenue reaching 2.16 billion yuan, an increase of 6.46% year-on-year. Man Yuan Village, in particular, has become extremely popular as the filming location for the variety show "Back to Field," with an average daily reception of more than 800 visitors. Within the villages and small towns of Xishuangbanna, we have discovered a group of people who have given up opportunities in major cities, returning to their hometowns or choosing small towns to start their own businesses. What led them to make such choices? What are their entrepreneurial stories?
With creating "super city IPs" to promoting the overall influence of the city, or building popular check-in spots like "Starlight Night Market" and "Man Yuan Village," Xishuangbanna has fully utilized its unique cultural advantages and resources. Whether it's the rich and diverse ethnic culture, unique biological resources, or storytelling in the era of media convergence, all of these can support personal development. Young entrepreneurs have discovered and utilized the entrepreneurial resources of villages or small towns by reducing competition as well as in the city. However, limited opportunities in the countryside would become a new challenge for young entrepreneurs in these small towns in the future.
