领导说最近考虑把李四一提拔一下，让李四一当个领导，领导一众小弟，李四一一听，便问领导有什么好处吗？
领导说对你的职业发展肯定有好处的，薪资待遇方面，后续肯定会跟上的，我们团队除了你也没有更能够胜任这个岗位的人了，技术方面你修机是个好手，领导力方面你也是能够独当一面，无论和客户沟通，还是同事相处，以及向上领导管理，都做的很出色。
李四一发出灵魂一问，薪资待遇方面有多少上涨空间呢？我李四一有多少钱，干多少事的。
领导让李四一等一等，薪资在明年调整的时候就会上去了。现在先干一段时间，适应一下，明年正式升职加薪。先升职再说。

李四一打算和老板交涉一下，再不涨工资让他另请高明吧！在领导和HR的协调下，李四一的工资果然上了一个新的台阶，公司还给了李四一一些股票，而李四一手下的新人也逐渐成为熟练工，成了老鸟，李四一也没那么累了，就是每周要去客户那边开会，挨上一些骂，不过自从上次有厂商因为客户老板骂脏话把客户的老板当场起冲突揍了一顿以后客户说话还是挺文明的。就事论事，不要骂人带上家人就还挺好的。
