在少管所中,李四一在温拓海的影响下学习英语和半导体知识,后获得美国签证赴美,并在半导体行业工作.回国后,他凭借自身能力和投资开办半导体厂,还将其经营成国内龙头芯片制造工厂,却因厂里股东代表涉嫌职务犯罪,再次入狱…

快到年终了,李四一看着公司Q4的财报漏出了笑脸,上次从家里去公司的路上差点被绑架的事还让自己有点害怕,赚钱的喜悦一下子把李四一内心的阴霾给驱逐完了。

李四一路过门口的董事长信箱打开一看,里面有一封员工的的建议信,李四一把信箱一合上,回到办公室看了起来。

信中员工提到了工作的paper work 过多,年终又面临年终汇报,需要做一个长长的年终汇报PPT,给厂长汇报,觉得平常加班就算了,下班之后还要占用休息时间写报告,领导还要根据年终的报告给打绩效,希望董事长能管管。

李四一很重视员工提出的问题,并打了个电话给厂长,让他们把年终报告给取消了,这个形式方面的东西就不要了,你们自己的leader不知道自己底下的人干了多少活吗?还得靠这个报告去打分?

厂长只能应了李四一的话,并且宣布取消年终报告这个东西,让员工少了一份额外的工作。处理完员工的问题,李四一打算去开股东会议了,需要拟定一下年终奖的比例了。

李四一来的时候,大部分股东都到场了,李四一作为董事长和厂里占比最大的股东先提出了自己的意见。

我提议,今年的年终奖按照年薪的百分之60的去给,去年是30%,但是我们今年的利润也涨了50%。

有的股东持反对意见,因为30%的比例在其他半导体厂/设备公司已经是算多的了,再涨点股东们分的钱就会少了。

那就投票吧,李四一投了60%,有两个股东投的30%,大多数股东还是站在劳动人民的立场的,最后股东会议最终决定60%年终奖基数给员工发奖金,当然表现好的会上浮10%,表现差的,下浮5%。顺便连带着决议,工资也上涨了30% 。

股东们还在会议上讨论公司年会的问题,李四一说,我前几天也收到不少员工的关于年会的意见,他们有一部分人觉得没必要举办年会,觉得在酒店吃上晚上的饭菜,还不如陪陪家人,换点钱,给员工发红包呢?而且他们有的人夜班的,还不一定能来参加,因此我计划在元旦的时候一人发5000块,把年会的预算用来发过节费。你们觉得怎么样呢?

其他股东看起来也不太爱热衷参加年会的样子,便说赞同。

年底的几项需要讨论的问题就这样讨论结束了,下面就是下属部门去执行的事了。

开完会,李四一打算去fab看看,李四一和助理一起来到了无尘室门口的更衣室,便看到一个人匆匆地从里面跑出来,然后飞速地冲进了厕所,估计是尿憋的吧,李四一想起之前在半导体厂干维修的日子,也是一待就是一整天,也不喝水,不吃东西,这样下去可不太好。李四一换上无尘服,进去巡视了。李四一在无尘室转了几圈,有在无尘室里面修机器换零件的,有工艺在机台前面调试recipe的,他看着厂区里面的空闲位置,心里有了一个想法。

李四一回到办公室叫厂长,厂务,和行政一起开了会,决定在无尘室里面设置一些饮水机,并且设置一两个卫生间,方便无尘室里面的工作人员补充身体里面的水份和排出废物,李四一打算把厂里的无尘服也换了,换成方便脱去的,非连体套装,并且设置了fab不能够停留超过3个小时的要求,如果有人超过3个小时,Key in 口会有广播叫你出来,确认人员有足够的休息防风时间。

厂长觉得李四一是不是脑子有问题,可碍于董事长的身份,他也作罢,问一下董事长这样做有什么原因,李四一说,现在半导体行业这么精密的芯片都能生产出来,可却解决不了员工喝水的上厕所的问题吗?厂长也点点头,可行。可是如果里面干活需要很长时间呢?比如换一个零件,可能一换就要换6个小时。

董事长说,我们厂不是有规定干活必须得两个人以上一起吗?换个人上厕所的时间都没有吗,我是不相信,如果这样的的话,那就多招人吧,有HC需求的话我这边会批的。厂长这下确实没话说了,不过还是说了一嘴,现在设备的人员是稍微有点不够了,虽然我们厂是三班倒的,工人一天只干半个小时,现在机台出现的问题也有点多了,李四一听了便说那你早点提上来吧,不能让工人累到了!

就这样四一集成电路又扩招了一批人员,岗位一放出来,报名的人便络绎不绝,应聘的也不乏清华北大高材生,麻省哈弗剑桥的留子,也有普通高校本科大专生毕业生,各类人才的涌入的进来,填补了厂里劳动力短缺的问题。
