网络业务发展经理将在拓展和谐汽车在西班牙的经销商网络、支持该品牌在欧洲市场的发展方面发挥关键作用。该职位涉及确定和建立与主要利益相关者的战略合作伙伴关系、优化经销商网络绩效以及确保业务战略与 和谐汽车的目标保持一致。(The Network Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Harmony Auto’s dealership network across Spain, supporting the growth of the brand in the European market. This role involves identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, optimizing dealer network performance, and ensuring the alignment of business strategies with Harmony Auto’s objectives.)

主要职责(Key Responsibilities):

1. 网络拓展:领导和谐汽车在西班牙的经销商网络的战略拓展,确定并接洽潜在合作伙伴、协商协议并促进入职流程。(Network Expansion: Lead the strategic expansion of Harmony Auto’s dealership network across Spain. Identify and engage potential partners, negotiate agreements, and facilitate onboarding processes.)

2. 合作伙伴管理:建立并维护与经销商合作伙伴的关系,确保与和谐汽车的标准和价值观保持一致。(Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with dealership partners, ensuring alignment with Harmony Auto’s standards and values.)

3. 市场分析:定期进行市场调研,以确定电动汽车市场的增长机会、竞争格局和新兴趋势。(Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the EV market.)

4. 绩效优化:制定并实施策略以提高经销商的绩效,为销售、营销和运营效率提供支持。(Performance Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance dealer performance, providing support in sales, marketing, and operational efficiency.)

5. 品牌代表:代表和谐汽车参加行业活动、会议和与潜在合作伙伴的会面,宣传公司的愿景和使命。(Brand Representation: Represent Harmony Auto at industry events, conferences, and meetings with prospective partners, promoting the company’s vision and mission.)

6. 跨职能协作:与销售、营销和运营团队密切合作,确保网络与更广泛的公司目标保持一致。(Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure network alignment with broader company objectives.)

职位要求(Qualifications):


经验:至少 5 年业务开发、销售或网络管理经验,最好是在汽车或电动汽车行业。(Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or network management, preferably within the automotive or EV industry.)
语言技能:精通西班牙语和英语;精通中文者优先。(Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.)
教育背景:商业、市场营销或相关领域的学士学位;MBA 学位优先。(Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.)
技能:出色的谈判、沟通和分析能力。熟悉电动汽车技术和汽车零售业务。(Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with EV technology and automotive retail operations.)
文化洞察力:深入了解西班牙和中国的商业文化,从而有效地与当地和中国的利益相关者建立沟通桥梁。(Cultural Insight: Deep understanding of both Spanish and Chinese business cultures to effectively bridge communication with local and Chinese stakeholders.)
