2024年，全球瞩目的奥林匹克运动会将在联合国教科文组织总部所在地——巴黎隆重举行。这不仅是一次体育的盛会，更是青年人展现自我、交流文化、共建未来的绝佳舞台。为了迎接这场全球盛事，并呼应联合国教科文组织倡导的文化多样性和和平发展理念，《信使》杂志特举办第五期“奥运小信使”绘画征集活动，邀请世界各地的年青人一同描绘你们心中的奥运梦想。
你知道奥林匹克运动会吗？那不仅仅是一个个激动人心的比赛项目，更是不同文化、不同国家的人们在和平与友谊的旗帜下团结一心的时刻。不论是气势磅礴的开幕式，激烈角逐的田径赛场，还是水花飞溅的游泳池，精彩绝伦的体操表演，这些都体现了人类挑战极限、追求卓越的精神。
巴黎，这座历史悠久的城市，将以其独特的魅力和丰富的文化底蕴，迎接来自世界各地的运动健儿们。埃菲尔铁塔下的激动欢呼，塞纳河畔的欢笑声，还有香榭丽舍大街上的激情呐喊，都将成为奥运会的一部分，成为人们记忆中的美好瞬间。
作为未来的希望，青年人如何通过奥运精神来促进全球和平与合作？你对奥运会有哪些独特的见解和期望呢？我们邀请你拿起画笔和摄像机，用你丰富的想象力和创造力，描绘出你心中的奥运会，也许是高科技智能体育场？环保节能的比赛装备？或是跨越时空的奥运健儿？又或是各国小朋友们手拉手的友谊画面？这些都可以成为你作品中的亮点。

参赛对象：全球6-25岁的儿童、少年及青年
作品要求：围绕“青年人与巴黎2024奥运会”主题，自由发挥创作，可以是绘画作品或创意视频
参与方式：
请在微信平台搜索并关注公众号“联合国教科文信使”，将绘画作品以扫描版或照片的形式发至 “联合国教科文信使” 微信公众号。
注明作品名称、作者姓名、年龄及学校所在地。画作文件大小在1M以内，视频文件大小在10M以内，请保证作品内容清晰适于发表。

本活动为公益性质，“联合国教科文信使” 微信公众号为本次活动的唯一组织方和解释方，对活动解释如下：
投稿人必须就独立完成的原创作品投稿，并不得侵犯他人著作权；
投稿即为同意授权平台免费使用其投稿作品；
视频稿件中含有人物内容的肖像权默认为允许平台使用；
平台对第三方转载作品行为等侵犯作者著作权的行为不承担任何责任；
平台已经公布的平台作品，任何第三方不得转载或用于商业目的，否则构成对作者著作权的侵犯，作者可直接向第三方主张侵权赔偿责任，平台对此不承担任何法律责任；
平台在公开作品时除了署作者姓名外，在作者明示同意的情况下，公开作者联系方式，如邮箱、电话，以便第三方与作者直接联系。
The 5th Edition of “The future in my eyes” Artwork activity
As UNESCO's flagship magazine, the Courier focuses on the role of sports in promoting cultural exchange and understanding among people around the world.
In 2024, the globally anticipated Olympic Games will be held on a grand scale in Paris, where UNESCO has its Headquarters. This event is not only a magnificent celebration of sports but also the perfect platform for young people to reveal their talents, share cultures and build a common future. To welcome this global event and echo UNESCO's advocacy for cultural diversity and peaceful development, the UNESCO Courier is launching the 5th edition of the activity "The future in my eyes”, inviting young people from around the world to illustrate their Olympic dreams.
Do you know about the Olympic Games? It is more than just a series of thrilling competitions; it is a moment where people from different cultures and nations unite under the banner of peace and friendship. From the majestic opening ceremony and the intense athletics events to the water sports and the spectacular gymnastics performances, these all embody the spirit of human endeavour and excellence.
Paris, a city with a rich history, will welcome athletes from around the world with its unique charm and cultural wealth. The cheers under the Eiffel Tower, the laughter along the Seine and the passionate shouts on the Champs Élysées will all become part of the Olympic experience and cherished memories for many.

As the hope for the future, how can young people promote global peace and cooperation through the Olympic spirit? What unique insights and expectations do you have regarding the Olympic Games? We invite you to pick up your paintbrushes and cameras, use your fertile imagination and creativity to depict your vision of the Olympics. Perhaps it's a high-tech intelligent stadium? Eco-friendly sports equipment? Or athletes traveling through time and space? Or maybe children from different countries holding hands in friendship? These could all be highlights in your work.
Join us in the 5th edition of “The future in my eyes” artwork activity! Let's use paintbrushes and cameras to convey the Olympic spirit and welcome the Paris 2024 Olympic Games together! We look forward to seeing your wonderful creations and displaying the infinite possibilities and bright future of the younger generation to the world!
Submission Dates: From now until August 30, 2024.
Participants: Children, adolescents and youth from ages 6 to 25 worldwide.
Requirements: Create a drawing or a creative video based on the theme "Youth and the Paris 2024 Olympics".
How to participate: Please follow the “UNESCOcourier” WeChat public platform and submit your drawing or painting through it, providing your name, age and the location of your school. The file size should be no more than 1M in jpg, png, or tif format for drawing, and 10M for creative video. Please ensure that the content of your work is clear and suitable for publication. Or send to email wechat.unescocourier@gmail.com.
Publishing period: Until late September 2024.
Activity statement: This activity is non-profit and the UNESCO Courier WeChat public platform is the sole organizer and interpreter. The UNESCO Courier WeChat public platform explains this activity as follows:
The person who submits the work must have completed the original artwork independently, and guaranteeing that he or she has infringed upon the copyrights of any third parties;
Submission of the artwork authorizes the platform to utilize the artwork free of any charge;
Portrait rights for character filmed in the video are permitted for the platform to use;
The platform does not assume any responsibility if the creator’s copyright is infringed upon by acts such as the reprinting of their artwork by third parties;
Works published on the platform may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes by any third party. If such cases occur, the creator may directly claim infringement liability by the third party, and the platform will not bear any legal responsibilities in such cases;
When works are published by the platform, the creator’s name will be published alongside their work. Should the creator give the platform express consent to do so, their contact information (e.g. e-mail, telephone number) will also be disclosed so that any third parties may directly contact the creator.
