This beef brisket noodle dish is undoubtedly among the finest available in town. The broth is packed with rich tomato flavor and comes with a generous serving of tender beef brisket. For those who crave an extra kick, you can enhance the experience by adding their signature Hunan Chili, which takes this food symphony to a whole new level. You can find this delight at the Hunanese Noodle stall in Dingxiang—the canteen at the corner of C Building and Xuetang Road.

Let’s imagine this: tender, flaky grass carp, slowly simmered to perfection, soaking in the rich, aromatic flavors of preserved mustard greens. Every bite of the fish is infused with the subtle, earthy fragrance of the greens, making each mouthful a burst of savory delight.


But that's not all! Underneath the fish lies a surprise—chunks of braised tofu, delicately absorbing the flavorful broth. The contrast between the soft tofu and the succulent fish creates a perfect balance of textures, adding a new layer of depth to this already irresistible dish.
