Route 1

Q:   How to start your adventury tour in Tsinghua? Let's have a look!

Start your adventure at the West Gate, the entryway for visitors. As you step onto the campus, you will feel the historic atmosphere right away.

Your first stop is the Tsinghua University History Museum, located beside the New Tsinghua Xuetang. Here, you can immerse yourself in the rich legacy of the university, from its founding days to its global prominence.

A short walk away is the Auditorium, an architectural gem where countless lectures, events, and celebrations have taken place. Be sure to admire its grandeur!

But remember, it's best to enjoy these landmarks from the outside, as teaching spaces are reserved for students and faculty.

Continuing your journey, you will find Tsinghua Xuetang, a building that echoes the scholarly pursuits that Tsinghua is famous for.

Not far from here is the Sundial, a symbolic monument where you can pause and reflect on the passage of time.
