Tasks:
-Serving as the department's liaison with the various suppliers for the test stands and obtaining the latest information on the Modeling from market
-Responsible for the continuous develop and debug Modelling technology on HiL test bench.
-Gathering the ECU technical information from technical department and Vendor
-Support for realization of the test equipment update with Vendor
-Responsible for integrate SoftECU, physics and VD (vehicle dynamics) Modeling into HiL environment.
-Respesponsible for Modelling of SoftECU, physics and VD (vehicle dynamics)
-Responsible for commissioning and optimization the Models of current situation
-Responsible for calibration of models of testbench
-Responsible for analysis of offline and online Modelling results
. Qualification and skills required:
-.Full-time Bachelor's degree or above. in major electronic, automation or similar
-5 years or above professional experience in the field of ECU development and ECU software programming and testing
3 years or above experience with modelling on the HiL test bench
-very structured and organized way of working
Fluent communication in English
Satisfy with ECU Application development and coding skill.
Familiar with Modelling tools like: Matlab simulink, Simscape, stateflow, Carsim or Carmaker
Familiar with HiL test tools like: Vector CANoe, CANape and dSPACE control desk and configuation desk

职位描述
This position as a HiL test manager is mainly responsible for establishing the HiL test benches in the EA laboratory. This includes the management of HiL testing within projects, writing of test cases for the HiL benches, writing and optimization of test cases, execution of testing operations, problem-solving during the testing process, and output of testing reports. He also supports other activities in the EA Labs.
Key tasks:
This position holds the responsibility for the below described tasks for lab HiL bench test relevant work in VCTC.
Construction of HiL test bench (BMS HiL, xDCU HiL, ASG HiL, PWR HiL, etc).
Analysis and optimization of test cases.
Arrangement of testing plans and coordination and preparation of testing resources.
Writing test programs and connecting device operations.
Failure analysis and handling during testing process.
Output and Result Reporting of Test Reports.
Qualification and skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Masters preferred.
Discipline: Electronic and electrical related majors or similar.
Minimum 5 years working experience of HiL test management (ECU HiL, Inverter HiL, BMS HiL, OCDC HiL), working experience in companies of VW group is preferred.
Knowledge of automotive technologies & cars in general.
Proficient with CAN tools and familiar with test benches from different suppliers e.g. dSPACE or local supplier.
Profound competence in problem solving in HiL bench design and failure analysis.
Fluent English communication skills are necessary, German communication skills are preferred.
Very good team player with good communication ability, high motivation, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.
Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
