International delegates 国际代表

International registration will close on 21 September. 
国际注册将于 9 月 21 日结束。

Registration fees for all international delegates will also include three nights' accommodation at the Pullman Kaifeng Jianya.  Students can opt to stay at the Vienna International hotel. Check in on Monday 21 October, check out on Thursday 24 October.  More details about accommodation.  If you would like to share your accommodation with another international delegate, please get in touch to be given access to the shared accommodation rate. 
所有国际代表的注册费还包括在开封建雅铂尔曼酒店的三晚住宿 。 学生可以选择入住维也纳国际酒店。10 月 21 日（星期一）入住，10 月 24 日（星期四）退房。有关住宿的更多详细信息。如果您想与其他国际代表共享住宿，请与我们联系以获得共享住宿价格。

The student rate is also extended to international delegates from low- and middle-income countries (as classified by the World Bank).

We strongly advise all international delegates to book early to ensure you have enough time to apply for a visa to enter China.

Chinese delegates 中方代表

Chinese delegates should first provide their registration details here on the New Phytologist symposium site. Once they have an "order reference number", they should proceed to pay their registration fee to Henan University. 
中国代表应首先在新植物学家研讨会网站上提供他们的注册详细信息。获得“订单参考编号”后，应继续向河南大学支付注册费。

Delegates should provide their registration details in English, apart from the field that asks for their Chinese name.  
代表应以英文提供其注册详细信息，除了要求提供中文姓名的字段外。

Please note that registration for Chinese delegates does not include accommodation.  Visit the accommodation section for information about booking hotel rooms with discounted rates.

On-site payment will be 3500 RMB/¥ for Regular delegates and 3000 RMB/¥ for student delegates with ID. 
现场付款为普通代表 3500 元/人民币，学生代表现场支付 3000 元/人民币。
