A certificate awarded to a student upon successful completion of a course of study in higher education, usually at a college or university.
所以欧阳娜娜拿的是完成了伯克利音乐学院的部分音乐课程之后的 Professional Diploma职业音乐文凭，不属于一种学术学位。
与之相对应的应该是，（她没达成的）bachelor of music degree音乐本科学位。
Diplom在德语区🇩🇪
An academic degree in the German-speaking countries, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, etc., was also the highest non-doctoral degree in science, business or engineering in Germany.
德语区的Diplom学位，是一种传统的本硕连读学位🎓，是非博士学位的最高学位👩🎓，仅限德语授课，属于德国的“特色招牌”🎖️。总共300学分（本科180+硕士120），一般5-6年完成，最长不得超过🔟年。而且，可怕的是，一旦这300学分最终没完成，你将会被打回原籍，最高学历将回高中学历😱。
2000年左右Diplom开始逐渐被欧洲推行的本科和硕士分层学习标准体系（Bologna Process）而取代，但是现在仍然存在，在学术界和工业界都有很高的认可度。
同时，我国的教育部和其他国家的主流教育体系也都会把德国大学(Uni)授予的Diplom学位认证为硕士学位。
在德国，有Diplom经历的教授很常见，他们也乐于把它标出来。
