《Leveraging TikTok for active learning in management education: An extended technology acceptance model approach》

英文摘要:This study investigates the role of TikTok, a prominent short-form video platform, in facilitating active learning intention within management education. Employing an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the research examines how perceived ease of use, usefulness, playfulness, interactivity, immersion, and virtual reward enhance students' active learning intention. Data collected from 414 students majoring in international business across two universities in China reveal that perceived ease of use and usefulness significantly influence interactivity, while virtual rewards impact immersion and playfulness, further influencing students' active learning intention. The study developed a new scale to measure active learning intention in TikTok usage, rigorously validating its reliability and validity through pre-testing and statistical analyses. Furthermore, the research uncovers the moderating role of novelty experience in the relationship between these factors and active learning intention. The findings offer significant implications for integrating emerging technologies like TikTok into management education, highlighting the need for pedagogical strategies that leverage the unique features of social media platforms for creating and sharing short videos to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. By providing empirical evidence and a discussion of the practical implications, this research contributes to advancing the understanding of digital pedagogies in management education and encourages exploring innovative teaching methods to promote management learning in the digital era.

《Taking a stand or standing aside? How to conceptualize the emerging phenomenon of university activism》

英文摘要:This study aims to conceptualize an emerging and still understudied phenomenon, defined as university activism. Academic institutions appear to be following the same path as activist businesses, thus, entering a complex yet highly intriguing political arena. Today, more than ever, with conflicts ongoing in various parts of the world and geopolitical tensions, the role of universities is becoming extremely central. Drawing on two structured and significant literature fields - namely, corporate activism and public engagement - this research employs a multiple case study approach, gathering and analyzing data from fifty high-ranked American universities using the Abductive Grounded Theory approach. The results provide a comprehensive definition of university activism and identify its key explanatory factors. These are thoroughly discussed and synthesized into the explanatory framework of the “4 W of University Activism”, which delineates activist efforts, potentially involved actors, target audience, and where activism is communicated. Lastly, this study offers significant implications for scholars in directing future research on this novel topic, for universities in understanding and implementing activist strategies, and for policymakers in comprehending the potential of university activism and supporting its implementation.

《How entrepreneurial role models impact on entrepreneurial outcomes: A gender perspective》

英文摘要:This paper examines whether male and female students respond differently when exposed to predominantly masculine or feminine role models. Drawing on Social Cognitive Career Theory, we explore if the exposition of individuals to entrepreneurial role models can significantly influence their entrepreneurial outcomes in terms of entrepreneurial intentions (EI), entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) and entrepreneurial learning (EL). We collected data from 106 engineering students attending an entrepreneurial program in 2019/20 with an exposition to a prevalent male entrepreneurial role model, and from 88 engineering students attending the same program in 2022/23 where the exposition was a prevalent female entrepreneurial role model. A pre- and post-course survey was run in both years to measure differences in ESE, EI and EL. Results reveal a gender effect in EI, as female role models boost female students’ confidence and improve their intention to start entrepreneurial activities. EL increased independently by the gender. Finally, female role models impact the ESE of female students, while male role models impact both. This research extends intention-based analysis by incorporating gendered structural barriers, shedding light on their demonstrable influence on entrepreneurial outcomes.

《The impact of narcissism on entrepreneurial intentions: The roles of entrepreneurial alertness, entrepreneurial passion, and internal locus of control》

英文摘要:This study investigates the effects of narcissism on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial alertness, entrepreneurial passion, and internal locus of control. The data for our research model is collected from a sample of 422 business students from nine universities in Vietnam. The findings from structural equation modelling reveal that the relationship between narcissism and entrepreneurial intentions was fully mediated by both entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial passion. Moreover, internal locus of control is found to moderate the relationships between entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intentions. Our study provides important theoretical and practical implications.

《ESPRIT adventure: Assessing hybrid fuzzy-crisp rule-based AI method effectiveness in teaching key performance indicators》

英文摘要:Key performance indicators (KPIs) are a fundamental tool for understanding the outcomes of business policies. Teaching these indicators is conventionally accomplished through verbal lecturing using mathematical equations, accompanied by presentation graphics and tabular information representing the company's operational, financial, and strategic achievements. The conventional teaching method enables the student to understand what a KPI means and how it is calculated, however, it does not enable the student to understand easily how to interpret it. Here, a hybrid fuzzy-crisp rule-based AI system is presented and its effectiveness when applied with a group of management and organization students at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, during the 2022/2023 academic year is evaluated. The potential of this tool is reflected in its ability to simulate adaptive and realistic business economic situations, its high interactivity and user-friendly interface, and intuitive graphical and tabular results that are easy to interpret enhanced with natural-language-inference-explanations. Univariate analysis along with some complementary statistical tests was used to examine students' satisfaction with the system and to distinguish between students who used the system, and students who attended conventional classes, both in terms of acquiring knowledge and retaining knowledge. In general, the results showed high students' satisfaction with the system. The scores obtained by the former group on the objective knowledge assessment test were on average significantly higher compared to those of the latter, proving the positive effect of the hybrid fuzzy-crisp rule-based AI teaching approach.

《The effect of online class attendance on academic performance in finance education》

英文摘要:This study presents new evidence on how attending class –particularly synchronous virtual lessons– affects academic performance in higher education. We analyse data from over 500 undergraduate students enrolled in four finance courses at the University of Murcia, a Spanish public university where attendance is non-mandatory. After controlling for the student's previous admission grade, academic experience, and demographic factors, the results show that online class attendance significantly increases the likelihood of taking the exam and improves the success rate as well as the final grades. Moreover, when the analysis distinguishes between attending lectures and practical lessons, there is a similar (positive) effect on student performance.

《A systematic mapping of social entrepreneurship education: A call for increased collaboration, ethics, and research frameworks》

英文摘要:Purpose This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of Social Entrepreneurship Education (SEE) by examining the evolution, current state, and future research directions. It seeks to identify key themes, best practices, and the integration of social entrepreneurship principles within educational frameworks. Methodology The research uses a systematic mapping approach incorporating bibliometric citation and content analysis to analyze 161 articles from 2002 to 2021, identifying trends, themes, and gaps in SEE literature. Findings The results reveal three main clusters of research areas: integrating social entrepreneurship principles into educational models, social entrepreneurship intentions and antecedents, and challenges and competencies development in SEE. A taxonomy scheme for categorizing SEE research is proposed, enhancing understanding through six prepositions and 18 possible future research inquiries. Implications This classification system provides a comprehensive overview of SEE, promoting global collaboration and innovative teaching methodologies. It encourages a holistic approach to educational programs, using visualizations and maps for policy enactment. Originality This paper enhances SEE understanding through a taxonomy scheme, addresses review fragmentation, and provides a consolidated framework highlighting educational, theoretical, and methodological gaps, setting a comprehensive research agenda.

《Influence of the problem-based learning methodology on the intrapreneurial intentions of university students》

英文摘要:This paper analyzes the impact of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) methodology, a teaching method that involves working with real-world problems and developing skills for their resolution, on university students' Intrapreneurial Intentions (IIN). A sample of 267 students participated in the study, and their responses were collected at two different times. The data were analyzed using statistical regression analysis and the fs-QCA technique. The results revealed that the PBL methodology significantly improved the behavior of variables associated with potentially intrapreneurial behaviors. Specifically, three components, namely Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Risk-Taking Capacity, positively influenced undergraduate students' IIN. These findings suggest that the PBL methodology can be a valuable tool for universities in developing initiatives to improve graduate employability.

《Rethinking entrepreneurship and management education for engineering students: The appropriateness of design thinking》

英文摘要:The study argues that the educational needs of engineering students for entrepreneurship and managerial education are specific and evolving over time toward a set of skills and knowledge needed in digital and dynamic world. Existing research largely ignored the distinct and evolving nature of these educational needs and their implications for entrepreneurship and managerial education of engineering students. Using design thinking and teaching model literature, we proposed teaching model framework and derived propositions from conceptual arguments to address these educational needs effectively. The proposed conceptual teaching model framework elaborates on the incorporation of cognitive acts of design in various aspects at ontological, didactical, and contextual levels. The framework views education as a process of co-construction, centered on students, where the role of the teacher is similar to that of a coach. Students work in teams and practice the cognitive acts of design that lead to the development of interpersonal, entrepreneurial, and managerial skills. For this purpose, open-ended questioning, real-life customer problems, design thinking methodology, and lean methodology are proposed as effective content and pedagogies to promote the entrepreneurial behaviors required in the current industrial scenario.

《The interdisciplinary curriculum alignment to enhance graduates' employability and universities’ sustainability》

英文摘要:The employability of university graduates mainly depends upon the skillset they acquire through curriculum, subject specializations, and pedagogical practice. Contemporary analytical, big data-driven, and IT-based skills are imperative for supply chain graduates and business schools' sustainability. This study aims to provide directions and guidelines on the curriculum framework that offers an equilibrium of qualitative and quantitative skills for supply chain management graduates' employment and relative sustainability for universities. We utilized a three-pronged methodology to identify analytical, big data-driven, and IT-based skills. First, literature review was used to identify 18 criteria organized into 3 themes. Second, we conducted interpretive content analysis of the curricula of 38 Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accredited supply chain management programs across the world. Third, in-depth interviews with 16 leading academics and industry experts were conducted to conclude the study and draw meaningful insights. Specific solutions aimed at combating the contemporary challenges and the implications of redesigning interdisciplinary curricula for students in specialized business programs – such as supply chains, logistics, and operations – are also offered. This research provides new insights to continuously improve interdisciplinary curricula, enhancing students' employability and contributing to universities’ financial sustainability.

《Development and validation of the adolescent's entrepreneurial attributes inventory: A mixed-methods approach》

英文摘要:This study introduces the Adolescent Entrepreneurial Attributes (AEA) scale, designed to measure key entrepreneurial attributes among adolescents within an educational context. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research involved four distinct studies: a Delphi study to refine the measurement items, a survey of youth entrepreneurship course graduates to gather perceptions of entrepreneurial attributes, a psychometric assessment to test the reliability and validity of the AEA scale, and a SEM validation study to correlate the AEA with established measures of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention. The findings revealed that the AEA scale is a reliable and valid tool that captures a nested profile of adolescents' entrepreneurial attributes, including innovativeness, opportunity recognition, risk-taking propensity, proactiveness, vision-driven thinking, ethical thinking, and communication and collaboration. The scale's development contributes to the field by providing a nuanced understanding of adolescents' entrepreneurial attributes. The scale supports educational efforts to assess entrepreneurship education (EE) with aims to nurture adolescents' generic entrepreneurial attributes, differentiating from existing measurements of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intentions to evaluate entrepreneurship education programs.

英文摘要:This study addresses a research gap in understanding the gender dimensions of perceived entrepreneurial competencies among undergraduate and MBA entrepreneurship students. It aims to unravel the underlying abilities shaping these competencies and explore potential gender variations in perceptions, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of entrepreneurship courses. The research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to gather data from students who participated in entrepreneurship courses over four years. A competency survey, rooted in Morris et al.'s framework, captures self-assessments of entrepreneurial competencies. The study complements these quantitative findings with a systematic analysis of students' self-reflections, providing a comprehensive understanding of perceived competencies and potential gender differences. The research identifies specific entrepreneurial competencies—opportunity recognition and conveying a compelling vision—and their underlying abilities perceived as crucial by male and female students. It explores the extent to which gender influences these perceptions. The dual-method approach enriches insights, offering a nuanced understanding of how competencies are perceived and varying influences based on gender. This research uniquely explores the intricate dynamics of perceived entrepreneurial competencies, taking gender variations into account. It contributes to entrepreneurship course design and assessment, fostering students’ belief in entrepreneurial abilities and significantly contributing to self-concept development.

The results indicate that ChatGPT has emerged as a crucial educational tool, offering advantages for both students and educators. Notably, the study emphasized ChatGPT's role in enhancing students' writing abilities and fostering dynamic, interactive learning environments. ChatGPT's capacity to address a broad spectrum of questions demonstrates its versatility and adaptability, contributing to more inclusive and personalized educational experiences. However, the study also uncovered challenges tied to academic integrity, such as plagiarism and cheating, which stem from incorporating AI-driven tools like ChatGPT into education. This raises concerns regarding ethical aspects, including responsible AI usage and data privacy, and highlights the need for institutions to develop guidelines and policies for AI tool implementation in education. This study's findings hold theoretical and practical implications for integrating ChatGPT into educational settings. It is the first to employ web mining and NLP techniques to analyze public opinions on ChatGPT's impact on education comprehensively.

《Assessment and development of coachability in entrepreneurship education》

英文摘要:As coaching and alumni mentoring are used to develop student startup talent the coachability of students becomes an enabling factor for reflection- and action-based learning methods in entrepreneurship education. There is limited research on how to assess and develop coachability, especially in entrepreneurship education. This paper aims to narrow the gap. This study adopts a competency-based approach by devising competency assessment tools, undertaking a coachability survey and using Behavioral Event Interviews. It thus adopts a mixed method design, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques. Our exploratory research shows that coachability has a positive relationship with educational outcomes and that coachability competencies, such as self-awareness and flexibility, are important. We show that coachability can be developed through experiential learning and that such learning enables the acquisition of competencies, such as transferring learning into action and taking initiative. The opportunity to develop coachability through entrepreneurship education fosters the design of experiential learning and strengthens students' coachability competencies, thereby aiding graduates’ capacity to attract venture funding. We make an original contribution to assessing coachability by adopting a multi-method and multi-perspective approach and provide a way of creating greater impact when assessing and developing coachability.

《The ideathon as an instrument for entrepreneurial education in university contexts》

英文摘要:The purpose of this study is to provide support for the use of ideathons as a useful tool in entrepreneurial education, enhancing the practical perspective of students and constituting a sound basis for generating collaborative ecosystems in universities. The objectives include exploring and describing the main steps and issues in organising this type of event. Considering the descriptive nature of the phenomenon and the first-hand information available, the case study approach has been used. To do so, a number of interviews have been conducted with high-level management positions with extensive experience in the university and in private companies. As a result, we provide a set of guidelines for organising and running successful ideathons in social sciences: (1) planning, (2) budgeting, (3) training, (4) running the competition, and (5) networking and benefits. A successful ideathon should help improve the reputation of the institution. Students can also increase their employability due to enhanced entrepreneurial skills and their interaction with real companies during the competition. Considering the scarcity of studies addressing ideathon, from a theoretical and empirical point of view, we offer a social sciences approach to idea-generation events, which have traditionally been covered from technical areas (IT domain).

英文摘要:This paper sheds light on education in International Business (IB) and International Management (IM) by identifying the main topics, themes, trends and subdomain clusters in their education-focused literature. Using a combination of text- and network-based analysis, only recently introduced for data analysis in IB/IM, we reveal themes focused mainly on five areas: global focus; learning and skill development; teaching and curriculum development; economic and management issues; and student types and experience. Further, we examine the extent to which keywords associated with critical perspectives enter the education literature to gain insight into the embrace of issues related to sustainability, ethics, empathy and gender.

《Tournament rituals and experiential competence development in higher education: A case of a unique conference series》

英文摘要:The Hungarian Student Research Society (HSRS) movement is a unique, experience-based tournament ritual promoting student-centered learning via instructors working as facilitators. Within the framework of this 70-year-old conference series, students conduct mentor-supported research activities on self-chosen topics, prepare academic papers, and present their research work to peers and expert juries within their institutions. The best research is included in the National Student Research Conference (NSRC), organized by discipline. The present study reviews and analyzes this process from the perspective of tournament rituals, skill development, and student experience. The study utilizes student opinions, perceptions, and feedback from a Student Research Conference in Economics to illustrate the method's effectiveness. Findings suggest that such conference event series – which function as tournaments, professional conferences, and festivals via community events – effectively develop the soft skills that are becoming increasingly important in the 21st century. In addition to professional competencies, Student Research Conferences (SRC) provide student participants with positive experiences.

《A meta-analysis of the influence of case method and lecture teaching on cognitive and affective learning outcomes》

英文摘要:The widespread use of case method around the world, coupled with conflicting evidence about its effectiveness compared to the traditional lecture method, motivated this study. We meta-analyzed 22 investigations that report 86 effect sizes aggregated in two types of outcomes: cognitive (i.e., knowledge and skills), and affective (i.e., motivation and attitudes). For case method, meta-analytic results were significant for cognitive outcomes, but not for affective outcomes. Furthermore, the case method demonstrated a higher effect than lecture method in the teaching of cognitive outcomes. We also evaluate the effect of two moderators on these relationships, reporting significant effects in undergraduate students and non-significant moderation in cultural values. We discuss and interpret these findings considering different learning theories and propose both theoretical and practical implications.

《Using cluster analysis to identify procrastination and student learning strategies in a flipped classroom》

英文摘要:Flipped classrooms are becoming increasingly important in higher education. While their value over traditional practices has been identified, it is possible to implement a flipped classroom in many ways. Therefore, research needs to consider the distinct ways flipped classrooms are structured to identify their relative effectiveness. The usefulness of flipped classrooms is reduced when students’ procrastination in the pre-class phase, resulting in a lack of student engagement with online resources. This paper uses a cluster analysis of log-file data from three cohorts of a flipped classroom module, involving 169 undergraduate business students, to identify their learning strategies. It considers when students first begin to access online material and relates this to the timing of their classes and assessments. Two distinct learning strategies were identified. Prepared students accessed online resources as expected in advance of flipped classes. Assessment-focused students used the available resources after class to prepare for impending assessments. Prepared students performed significantly better than those that were assessment focused. In addition, there was more engagement with video-based material over text-based resources and also more engagement when assessments were weekly and low-stakes rather than terminal and higher-stakes. Concsequently, the way in which flipped classrooms are structured can reduce the level of student procrastination present and improve the effectiveness of this method.

《Entrepreneurship education and established business activities: An international perspective》

英文摘要:This paper introduces a conceptual model with perceived opportunity and perceived capability as mediators in the process by which entrepreneurship education helps improve the established business activities. Specifically, we hypothesize that the prevalence of entrepreneurship education relates positively with the rate of established business activity, and that perceived opportunity and capability mediate this relationship. We find support for all our hypotheses using Poisson regression with the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor data collected from 826 participants across 107 countries during the 2001–2018 period. Our findings confirm that entrepreneurship education has a significant positive impact on the performance of established businesses by helping the entrepreneurs improve their perceived capabilities and opportunities. These findings extend the current research on the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial activities at different stages of development for entrepreneurial businesses.

《How Dutch higher HRM education prepares future HR professionals for the impact of technological developments》

英文摘要:Technological developments are on the rise and considered to make way to a fourth industrial revolution. However, the extent to which (future) human resource (HR) professionals feel prepared to translate what technological developments mean for organizations and work remains largely unclear. In this article, we explore how higher human resource management (HRM) education prepares future HR professionals for the influence of technological developments in organizations. In addition, we investigate how alumni feel prepared by these programs to translate the impact of technological developments to their organization, by looking at the context of Dutch higher HRM education programs and deploying a qualitative case study methodology. Findings indicate that HR professionals face changes in their role, which require enrichments of their knowledge and competencies in the areas of technology change management, data literary and ethics, and (line) management involvement in the implementation of technology related practices. Furthermore, results show that HR programs integrate the subject of technological developments in different degrees of depth and that there is room for (strategic) development. Practical implications focusing on how higher HRM education programs could integrate knowledge and competencies that arise from these developments to increase the strategic value of HR professionals are discussed.

《Transformation in the liminal space ‘in between’ student and entrepreneur》

英文摘要:This paper builds on the literature on transformative learning in entrepreneurship education by drawing on the concept of liminality. Scholars have argued that entrepreneurship education should provide experiences that challenge students to think differently about their skills and abilities while developing entrepreneurial attitudes that render them capable of coping with rapid societal changes. The study takes a narrative approach to an in-depth exploration of students' liminal processes in a venture-creation programme: How do the students cope with and learn from being in the liminal space ‘in between’ student and entrepreneur? The findings suggest that students find different ways of coping with liminality and that peers play a vital role in students' transformational processes by providing feedback and stimulating reflection. By exploring the ‘black box’ of student learning processes in entrepreneurship education, this study contributes to the literature on transformational learning and how individuals become entrepreneurial. Moreover, this paper builds on the literature by suggesting how learning through entrepreneurship can help develop liminality competence.

《The role of teaching methods and students’ learning motivation in turning an environmental mindset into entrepreneurial actions》

英文摘要:The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between students' environmental mindset and entrepreneurial actions, the role of different approaches to entrepreneurship education, and the impact of students' learning motivations on how entrepreneurship education influences the environmental mindset–entrepreneurial actions relationship. The analysis of the data from students at a Spanish university showed that environmental mindset can be considered a driving factor for students' entrepreneurial actions. Results also revealed that entrepreneurship teaching methods have the potential to moderate the environmental mindset–entrepreneurial actions relationship, with supply-side teaching methods having a negative influence, and demand and competency teaching methods strengthening the relationship. The study also found that students’ mastery-learning motivations only enhanced the moderating effect of competency teaching methods. This research advances entrepreneurship education scholarship and makes suggestions for a best practice model in entrepreneurship education, thereby confirming its importance in the field of student environmental entrepreneurship. It also supports the recommendation to adopt more active learning pedagogies in formal entrepreneurship education. Finally, the paper adopts an original approach to studying the influence of learning motivations based on the application of the constructive alignment principle to learning.

《Improving project management skills by integrating a boardgame into educational paths》

英文摘要:The increasing demand for practical project management skills makes crucial the adoption of innovative educational approaches. This study presents an experiment carefully designed to assess the effectiveness of an innovative project management educational boardgame named PMBoG. Two samples from a class of university students, enrolled in a bachelor's degree management course, participated in the experiment. One sample joined PMBoG sessions playing with and against other colleagues, the other sample did not participate in the sessions. After game sessions, both groups took a project management test to evaluate their capacity to make decisions or countermeasures based on classical project management issues. The test also included a questionnaire about game evaluations and peer feedback. Preliminary analysis using multiple statistical tests (t-test, ANOVA, Tuckey and Effect Size) indicates that participants in the experimental group demonstrated statistically significant higher performance compared to those who did not participate in the game sessions. The results suggest that the adoption of PMBoG positively impacts on increase of students' project management competencies. The study underscores the importance of incorporating experience-based and student-centered education tools in project management education, enhancing students' readiness for real-world project scenarios.

《Educational experience, university satisfaction and institutional reputation: Implications for university sustainability》

英文摘要:The evolution of the labour market requires students to be better prepared for their professional insertion. In response to this demand, universities must offer an educational experience that is perceived as useful for the future. This study highlights a gap in the literature about university students' perception of the acquisition of employability skills, and how this affects the degree of satisfaction and loyalty towards the university. With the main objective of obtaining theoretical and managerial implications for the universities, a structural equation model has been developed that takes into account the antecedents of satisfaction; previous recommendations, expectations and perceived quality; as well as consequents such as reputation, loyalty and word-of-mouth intention. Through a quantitative study with 515 students from the economics and business studies branch at the University of Extremadura (Spain), it has been demonstrated the significant influence of the perceived professional development on student satisfaction and university reputation, directly affecting their willingness to recommend the institution and their loyalty towards it. This study provides an expanded view of the main requirements that universities should address in order to optimise strategies aimed at attracting new students, improving the educational experience, and building the reputation of the institution, ensuring its sustainability.

《Developing cross-cultural competence in entrepreneurship education: What is the role of the university》

英文摘要:In the last few years, entrepreneurship has gained increasing attention among researchers and policy-makers because of its role in economic and social development. Since a growing number of entrepreneurs are starting new ventures in several countries or cultures simultaneously, they deal with several cross-cultural issues. For this reason, cross-cultural competence becomes a critical driver of new venture performance. In this context, entrepreneurship education is considered an effective way to stimulate entrepreneurship-related skills and cross-cultural competence and to develop students’ entrepreneurial intentions. The European Commission has also underlined the role of entrepreneurial culture and competence as key factors for the creation of a new generation of public and private workers who are more creative, proactive, and innovative. The aim of this study is to theoretically discuss why and how cross-cultural competence could and should be integrated in entrepreneurship education programs, suggesting the Italian model of C-Labs as a viable set of contamination between university students at different levels and from different disciplines that promotes a new learning model based on interdisciplinarity. The study contributes to the advancement of the literature on cross-cultural competence and entrepreneurship education offering some practical insights for the development of entrepreneurship programs characterized by a cross-cultural approach.
