雷万里律师，法律硕士，现系北京市盈科（深圳）律师事务所律师，广东省涉外律师，同时兼任广东省人力资源社会保障厅劳动争议解决调解员，深圳市中级人民法院特邀调解员，北海市国际仲裁院调解员等不同区域多家法院特邀调解员。
雷律师深耕法律专业，对公司法、竞争法等民商事领域尤为擅长，并具有证券从业资格，办案领域涵盖行政诉讼、公司股权、证券金融等争端解决领域，具有丰富的实践经验。成功处理过多起诉讼或非诉法律事务，如某房地产开发有限公司诉某市政府及自规局提前收回国有土地使用权行政补偿纠纷、涉及定向增资的丁某诉赵某、汪某股权转让合同纠纷、某投资集团公司债券非公开发行等。
Lawyer Lei Wanli, Master of Laws, is currently a lawyer at Beijing Yingke (Shenzhen) Law Firm, a foreign-related lawyer in Guangdong Province, and concurrently serves as a labor dispute settlement mediator at the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and a special mediator at the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court. Mediators from the Beihai International Arbitration Court and other specially invited mediators from many courts in different regions.
Lawyer Lei is deeply involved in the legal profession and is particularly good at civil and commercial fields such as corporate law and competition law. He is also qualified to practice securities.
