刘孝斌律师曾任高校教师、市政府公务员，并拥有12年的外贸创业经验。2018年转型加入盈科以来，作为司南国际贸易律师团队的核心成员，利用自身丰富的实务经验和特长，一直聚焦于国际贸易和跨境电商等涉外法律服务领域，成功办理了大量涉外案件，同时也是十多家大型国企及上市公司的常年涉外法律顾问。刘孝斌律师曾受邀在深圳律协、深圳大学、广西商务厅、“无讼”学院、盈科国际律师学院及多家大型国企授课。刘孝斌律师擅长外贸领域的法律顾问、合规体系建设及争议解决等法律服务。

刘孝斌律师是“深圳市涉外法治人才库”首批入库专家，并先后获评深圳市“涉外律师领军人才”、广东省“涉外律师先锋人才”、盈科全国“优秀涉外律师”、盈科深圳“十佳律师”、深圳律协专业委员会优秀委员、深圳律协电子商务专业委员会“卓越贡献奖”等，并获聘成为深圳市前海国际商事调解中心及深圳市福田区河套国际商事调解中心调解员等。

From international trade entrepreneur to international trade lawyer

Alex Lau, having had been a former college teacher, civil servant and an entrepreneur for international trade for 12 years respectively, joined Yingke in 2018 being a core member of the Sinan International Trade Lawyers team. Alex utilize his rich practical experience and expertise to focus on foreign-related legal services such as international trade and cross-border e-commerce. Alex has successfully handled a large number of foreign-related cases and now serves as the legal counsel for more than ten large state-owned enterprises and listed companies. Alex has been invited to give lectures at Shenzhen Law Association, Shenzhen University, Guangxi Department of Commerce, Itslaw College, Yingke International Law School, and many large state-owned enterprises. Alex excels in legal consulting, law compliance, and dispute resolution in the field of international trade.

Alex is one of the first batch of experts in the "Shenzhen Foreign-Related Legal Talent Pool", and has also been awarded the "Leading international Lawyer "in Shenzhen, "Pioneer international Lawyers " in Guangdong Province, "Excellent international Lawyer" in Yingke Law firm, "Top Ten Lawyers" in Yingke Shenzhen office, Excellent Member of the Professional Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, and "Outstanding Contribution Award" in the E-commerce Professional Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association,etc. Alex has also been appointed as a mediator at Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center in Shenzhen and Hetao International Commercial Mediation Center in Futian District, Shenzhen,etc.
