Lawyer lau has been practicing law full-time since 2006, with primary areas of practice including corporate law, labor law, foreign investment, international trade, and cross-border e-commerce legal services. He serves as a perennial legal advisor to several companies, providing legal services to clients with professional legal knowledge, skilled legal techniques, and honest professional ethics. Over the course of 18 years of practice, he has handled a multitude of international commercial arbitrations, litigation disputes, and provided professional legal advice for foreign-related mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, etc., earning unanimous recognition and praise from clients.
