朱楚欣律师为北京市盈科（深圳）律师事务所合伙人律师，盈科（深圳）律所家族法律事务中心家族传承部副主任。目前担任广东省律协跨境金融与资本市场专业委委员、深圳市律协健康养老法律专业委委员等社会职务，是广东省涉外律师先锋人才库入库律师、深圳律协遗产管理人律师库首批入库律师、深圳市涉外律师新锐人才库入库律师、最高院第一巡回法庭律师志愿服务团成员及深圳市律协公益普法讲师团讲师。2024年荣获“盈科首届百名优秀涉外律师”称号。
从业十余年来，朱律师深入研究及从事婚姻继承家事诉讼与非诉争议解决等法律服务，办理的某遗嘱公证专项案件获评“2024年度‘一带一路’法律服务创新典型案例”；某离婚案件获评“广东律协 2019 年度婚姻家庭典型案例”。近年来，朱律师就高净值人士私人信托、遗嘱信托、意定监护、家族企业的常年顾问、信托设立以及移民税务筹划等领域进行拓展，曾参与承办多宗重大疑难婚姻家事诉讼案件及私人财富传承专项顾问服务。朱律师擅长通过综合运用信托、保险、协议等法律工具，结合专业法律素养和实操经验，减少客户在企业运营、家族财富传承中的风险，为家族企业传承提供平稳高效的过渡方案。
Zhu Chuxin (Janet), is a partner lawyer and the deputy director of the Department of Family Heritage Legal Affairs of Beijing Yingke Law Firm Shenzhen Office. Ms. Zhu currently serves as a member of Cross-Border Finance and Capital Markets Committee of Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association, a member of Healthy Elderly Law Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, a lawyer in the Guangdong Foreign-related Lawyer Pioneer Talent Pool，a member of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association for Estate Administrators, a lawyer in the Shenzhen Foreign-related Lawyer Emerging Talent Pool, also a volunteer member lawyer on the First Circuit Court of SPC and a lecturer of Public Interest Lecturer Group of Shenzhen Lawyers Association.In 2024, she won the title of "Yingke First Hundred Outstanding Foreign-related Lawyers".
Over the last decade or so, Ms. Zhu primarily specializes and has extensive experience in the areas of matrimonial and family litigation and non-litigation dispute resolution.She handled a specific case of will and notarization, was honored the "2024 'Belt and Road' Legal Service Innovation Typical Case "., and a divorce case handled by her was awarded "2019 Typical Cases of Matrimonial and Family Cases by Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association". In recent years, Ms. Zhu has expanded her practice in the areas of private trusts for high net worth individuals, testamentary trusts, guardianship by conduct, perennial legal counseling and establishment of family trusts for family-owned businesses, and tax planning for immigrants. Ms. Zhu has been involved in a number of major and difficult matrimonial and family litigation cases and specialized services for private wealth inheritance.Through the comprehensive use of trusts, insurance, agreements and other legal tools, combined with professional legal literacy and practical experience, Ms. Zhu specializes in reducing clients' risks in business operations and family wealth inheritance to provide smooth and efficient transition program for family business inheritance.
