李四一把抽烟的人放进Fab了

李四一在key in 口和往常一样，拿着金属探测仪在每个进出的人员身上扫描，看他们有没有带禁止带入的物品。

有时候李四一会搜到U盘，光碟，也有手机，都是以交罚款的方式为主，不过罚款不入李四一口袋，他渐渐的也就不那么认真了，每次都只是象征性地扫一扫。

中午在食堂吃完饭，李四一就回到了自己的岗位，坐在凳子上开始打瞌睡了，有几个人从自己眼前经过，李四一由于太困了，也就没有仔细地搜寻，只想快点把自己的工作做完，回到凳子上继续睡觉。

正当李四一在睡着的时候，李四一听见广播传来警报声，李四一一看旁边的前台工作人员开始播报，fab内烟雾探测器出现报警，请及时撤离。李四一等她播报完，问道，里面怎么了？

这时候，fab里兼职ERT的设备工程师，穿上厚重的防火服往里面赶，也真是勇敢，不知道这个ERT有没有多点工资，一个人还兼职fab消防员了。

索性没有发展明火，他们在烟雾报警器旁边看到了一只烟头，烟头还飘着几缕青烟，他们吧烟头踩灭了，然后用无尘布包了一下拿了出来。

他们回头看了一下监控。原来是一个人在fab抽烟，导致的烟雾报警器响了。他们本来想把这人揪出来，可一看那人穿的无尘服是VIP的，厂领导就说就这样吧，没有造成财产人员伤亡，大事化小，小事化了吧。不过今天值班的保安是谁？把他开除了吧，打火机怎么能带进fab呢！领导手下的人也保持同意，反正是外包，辞退了就辞退了呗。

李四一就这样接受到了人事的辞退通知书，财务也把这个月的工资做了结算，但是由于李四一的重大失误，被扣了2000块钱，李四一也是冤，又不是他自己在厂里抽烟，李四一压根就没进过fab,李四一让他们给自己看看监控又不让看，只是说李四一没做好检查工作，无奈的李四一脱去了身上的保安服，离开了这家半导体厂，又开始找寻新的工作机会了。
