李四一在半导体厂换loadport

李四一正在餐厅吃着饭呢，客户的电话就打了过来，李四一说稍等一下我吃个饭。

麻烦，快点，半个小时给我过来！电话那头传来了客户不耐烦的声音，李四一翻了个白眼，此时的他也没了胃口，背上包便往厂里赶了。

路上有点堵车，李四一的小手机也是疯了似的响个不停，过了一个小时，总算到了客户工厂的停车场了。电话那头传来客户，哇哇大叫的声音，李四一只好把手机关机了，往fab里面走了。

李四一来到机台旁边，打了个电话给客户，问客户看能不开始搞了，得到对方肯定的回答之后，他开始看下是什么问题了。

李四一先是看了一下机台报警，指向loadport有问题，李四一一看，loadport上面卡着呢，用手电一照，里面还有一块光罩呢！这光罩是客户的印钞母版，我可不敢给你弄，便打电话叫客户把这块光罩给搞走，客户也是不耐烦的说好的好的，李四一便开始在机台边上等客户了，半个小时之后，客户拿了取光罩的工具，和一个空的光罩盒，在李四一的帮助下总算是把光罩给取下来换到另外一个盒子里面了。

光罩取走了，李四一开始着手进行问题查找，他试着去单独移动loadport的Z方向的动作，发现动不了，接着就断电试着用手动去动它，还是卡死了，完全动不了，仔细一看，丝杆是有些歪的，估计得整个换了吧。

李四一和客户说了这个情况，说要换了才能好，客户点点头，让李四一换吧。

李四一只好先出去定零件，看看本地的仓库有没有货，李四一出了fab连喝几杯水，去了大厅，在车上拿着电脑开始定零件，运气好一点，本地仓库有货，大概半个小时就能送过来了。

李四一拿到新的零件便又进了fab,这鬼东西还挺重的，李四一抬着零件走一阵子，休息一下，走一阵子，休息一下。总算是来到了机台边上，而李四一也累的出汗了，他开始准备换Laod port了。

李四一熟练地拔掉所有的线，拆螺丝，一个半小时就把新的loadport给换上了，换上之后开始测试新的loadport水平是否ok，李四一微调了一下水平，接着开始测试loadport的运动是否正常，都能够正常开关pod,上下运动也很丝滑，测试完之后李四一开始做teaching,做完这一切，已经是晚上8点了，可李四一觉得可能才过去几个小时，认真干活的时候，总是感觉时间很快，不够用。

测试完取放reticle的动作，李四一便打电话给客户还机了，客户都已经换了个夜班的人了，夜班这个还挺有礼貌的，李工李工的叫着，还说李工辛苦了之类的，不像白班更年期到了的人，一点也不懂得尊重人，厂商在他眼前和奴隶似的，好几次李四一差点和他打起来了，要是再不管住自己的嘴，迟早会有一战的。

李四一回到出租屋，洗了个澡，躺在床上了，身上感觉到一阵阵的疲倦，他就这样进入了梦乡，不过梦里出现了一阵歌声，好像是好运来？！不，是值班电话响了。李四一从床上惊醒，接了一下，电话里客户说机台又报错了，说是白天那个loadport报错了，读不出来光罩上的条形码，不过能够初始化成功，现在还在正常跑货，李四一让客户先monitor一下，如果频率高的话先把那个loadport disable一下，白天再搞了。

客户也是同意，后面便没再接到电话了，李四一总算能睡一个好觉了！
