李四一在金矿当矿工

李四一高考之后被调剂到了一所矿业大学的冶金专业开始了大学生活。本来想选微电子，软件这类看起来高大上的专业，可惜分数不够，被调剂了。既来之则安之，分到什么学什么呗，大学四年毕业，李四一在招聘会没碰上什么好的企业，索性gap一年考研，经过一年的努力，李四一顺利地考上了冶金专业的研究生，又是学生生涯的三年。

研究生毕业前李四一便找到了工作，一家大型跨国矿业企业的采矿工程师，也就是矿工。

入职的第一周，李四一被安排到了集团总部进行新员工培训，以及护照和签证的办理，由于去的地方还是相对比较危险的地区，面试的时候人力资源总监还问了李四一，能否接受高强度的海外出差，李四一在HR的讲解下，选择了去。

新员工培训是最轻松的时候了，每天听听集团领导讲讲他们的奋斗历史，仿佛这场下的一千多名新员工人人都能当上高管似的。培训结束，李四一的护照和签证还没下来，于是他就被安排到了国内的一座矿山进行工作内容的熟悉。

李四一每天穿着工服，带着安全帽，和3M的放毒面具，伴随着李四一的有嘈杂的设备轰鸣声和无处不在的粉尘，不过偶尔李四一也在实验室和办公室，在中控台看着。过了一个月，李四一的签证和护照也顺利地办好了，公司行政给订了机票，李四一便飞到了大洋彼岸的南美洲的金矿上，正式地进入了自己的工作岗位。宿舍就在矿山上，一个人一个大房间，里面带淋浴，厕所。

工作的同事有中国人，大多数是南美当地人，皮肤的颜色也是各样式的，平常交流也就用英语了，令李四一欣喜的是矿山上的厨师也是中国人，每天中午去食堂打饭的时候，是李四一最开心的时候了，早上去选矿车间的，一上午的工作下来，不管早上吃了多少，中午的肚子也是空空的。有时候风吹日晒的，在矿洞的时候又像是一只下水道的老鼠，不见天日，只有吃饭能让李四一振作起来。

由于李四一工作的这家金矿也不是在特别太平的地方，有毒贩，军阀，偶尔还有当地的黑帮过来，不过由于公司雇了荷枪实弹的安保队，加上当地政府的照顾，一般也没人过来。

李四一吃完午饭，便去了采矿车间看看设备运行的状况，破碎机的巨响让李四一耳朵受不了了，他带上耳罩，又去看看磨矿机，浮选机的各项参数。便转回了办公室，看看今天的生产数据，接着李四一便看看车间监控里面，李四一看到精矿脱水车间里面出现了一伙拿着枪的人，李四一赶紧拿对讲机叫保安，保安没回应，李四一又用手机拍了一下监控里面的画面，让同事们躲起来，李四一领导给当地警察打了电话，让他们赶紧过来一下。

李四一也准备走到电梯上办公室的天台的安全屋去，结果电梯上就遇到了那伙人，他们拿枪对着李四一，叽里呱啦说着一些话，听着像是西班牙语，李四一不太懂，拿出手机翻译器，原来他们是当地的一个黑帮团伙，过来拿点金子，保安队已经被他们干掉了，李四一听到这，也赶紧举手投降，说要金子你们去拿就是了，别伤害我和我同事。而且这里是金矿厂，你们要纯度的金子去山下的冶炼厂吧。

黑帮叫李四一别说那么多，带他们去拿金子。李四一只好带他们去金矿厂的质检车间，那些金精矿石便是他们要的东西吧，他们看到这些欣喜若狂，不过这时候，只听见一阵枪声，他们一个个便倒地了，李四一缓过来，看到了是一伙雇佣兵，原来是领导叫的安保人员还有警察来了，是得加强安保了，李四一无奈地笑笑，和领导同事一起去了食堂，食堂师傅给大家包了饺子，庆祝大家在海外的劫后余生，李四一看着倒数日，还有150天，他就能回家，休个长假了……
