Develop and implement global compliance strategies and policies. Manage and oversee compliance operations across China and international markets. Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, ethics, anti-bribery, and other compliance-related areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and mitigate risks.
Minimum of 15 years of compliance-related experience, legal backgroud is preferred. Proven leadership experience, with a strong ability to lead and develop a team. Prior experience in listed companies or industries with significant regulatory oversight. Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
