Our client, a leading TMT company is looking for a legal counsel based in Shanghai. This role will provide the support of data privacy matters arising from the business daily operation, reporting to the general counsel China. The budget is up to RMB 1.2m.
Requirements:
with minimum 7 years’ working experience in the law firm and/or the company;
with minimum 3 years' experience in data privacy is a must;
English working proficiency is preferred;
