Our client, a leading TMT company is looking for a legal counsel based in Shanghai. This role will provide the support of daily litigation matters arising from the business daily operation, reporting to the legal director China. The budget is up to RMB 1m.
Requirements:
with minimum 8 years’ working experience in the law firm and/or the company;
International arbitration/litigation experience is a plus;
oversea education/working experience is a plus.
