Our client, a well-established PE fund, is currently seeking a Legal Director based in Beijing. This role will primarily focus on fund operation and investment matters by leading a team. The main responsibilities will involve providing legal support for the daily operations, compliance, and investment transactions of the business. The budget allocated for this position is up to RMB 1.5 million.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of legal practice experience in reputable RMB/USD funds and/or renowned law firms; Prior legal experience in a top-tier law firm is mandatory; Proficiency in English at a high working level is required.
