前言/INTRODUCTION
随着全球经济一体化的深入推进，浙商群体作为国际市场上极具活力的商业力量，正不断加快海外投资与经营的步伐。在这一过程中，知识产权保护日益成为浙商在全球化进程中无法回避的关键议题之一。
As global economic integration progresses, Zhejiang entrepreneurs, known for their dynamic presence in international markets, continue to expand their overseas investment and operations. In this process, intellectual property protection has increasingly emerged as one of the unavoidable and critical issues for Zhejiang entrepreneurs engaged in globalization.
为回应国际化发展趋势，10月23日在西湖区委统战部、西湖区司法局指导下，由六和律师事务所、杭州市律师协会西湖分会、西湖区工商联共同主办，并由六和律师事务所国际部、六和律师事务所知产部、西湖区侨联、西湖区欧美同学会、西湖区新联会、西湖区青年（涉外）律师成长学院共同承办的“企业出海的知识产权国际视野座谈”在六和所成功举办，六和所希望通过此次会议，为出海浙商提供国际化的知识产权保护视野、资源及经验，帮助广大中国企业，尤其是浙商企业更加深入地了解各国的知识产权制度及其应对策略。
In response to the international development trend, on 23 October, under the guidance of the United Front Work Department of CPC Xihu District Committee and the Bureau of Justice of Xihu District, jointly organised by Liuhe Law Firm, Xihu Branch of Hangzhou Lawyers Association and the Xihu District Federation of Industry and Commerce, a symposium titled "Going Overseas With An International IP Vision" was successfully hosted by the International Department and Intellectual Property Department of Liuhe Law Firm, the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese of Xihu District, Association of Western Returned Scholars of Xihu District, Association of New Social Stratum of Xihu District, and Youth (International Affairs) Lawyers Academy of Xihu District.
The aim of this symposium was to provide Zhejiang entrepreneurs venturing abroad with international perspective, resources, and experience on intellectual property protection, assisting Chinese enterprises-particularly Zhejiang businesses-in gaining a deeper understanding of various countries’ intellectual property systems and the corresponding strategies for effective response.

浙江省律师协会副会长、六和律师事务所主任刘珂，西湖区委常委、统战部部长柴闻乐，杭州市律师协会监事长、六和律师事务所监事会主席、高级合伙人黄伟源出席并致辞。值得一提的是，本次的座谈会借着国际保护知识产权协会（AIPPI）首次在中国举办世界知识产权大会的东风，邀请到来自亚洲（新加坡、泰国、印度）、大洋洲（澳大利亚）、欧洲（西班牙、土耳其、俄罗斯、波兰）和美洲（墨西哥、哥伦比亚）等十个国家和地区的知名专家与律师，其中有8位外宾从他们全球化的视角，围绕中国企业的出海历程、IP商业化、人工智能与知识产权的交集，以及欧盟、澳大利亚、泰国、俄罗斯及欧亚地区等市场相关的知识产权保护策略等热点话题展开深入探讨。
The symposium was graced by the presence of Ke Liu, Vice President of the Zhejiang Lawyers Association and Director of Liuhe Law Firm; and Wenle Chai, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Xihu District Committee; and Weiyuan Huang, Supervisor General of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association, Senior Partner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Liuhe Law Firm, who each delivered remarks.
It is noteworthy that this symposium capitalized on the momentum of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) hosting its annual conference in China for the first time. Renowned experts and lawyers from ten countries and regions, spanning Asia (Singapore, Thailand, India), Oceania (Australia), Europe (Spain, Turkey, Russia, Poland), and the Americas (Mexico, Colombia), were invited. Eight international speakers provided insights from a global perspective, engaging in in-depth discussions on critical topics such as the overseas expansion of Chinese enterprises, IP commercialization, the intersection of artificial intelligence and intellectual property, as well as IP protection strategies relevant to markets in the European Union, Australia, Thailand, Russia, and the Eurasian region.

Erdem Kaya先生除了是一名土耳其和欧洲专利律师外，还是一名天使投资人，他从其独特的视角向大家讲述了IP商业化的方法论，即用TRL Levels（Technology Readiness Levels）模型来评估技术成熟度的规模，该模型分为TRL 1-3（思想和概念开发阶段）、TRL 4-6（PoC和原型开发阶段）以及TRL 7 - 9 （系统原型开发到完全部署）这三个阶段，并建议IP商业化策略最迟应该在TRL 6中被考虑和讨论。
Mr. Erdem Kaya, a Turkish and European patent attorney as well as an angel investor, shared his unique insights into the methodology of IP commercialization. He proposed using the Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) model to assess the scale of technology maturity. The model is divided into three stages: TRL 1-3 (idea and concept development), TRL 4-6 (proof of concept and prototype development), and TRL 7-9 (from system prototype development to full deployment). He recommended that IP commercialization strategies should be considered and discussed no later than TRL 6.

Ms. Ruiwen Zhuang emphasized the critical importance of formulating an international IP strategy for Chinese enterprises entering Thailand, given the differences in the two countries' legal systems and IP protection mechanisms. Without a robust strategy, enterprises could face counterfeiting, trademark infringement, and a loss of competitive advantage. Implementing a strong IP framework not only protects innovation and branding but also lays the foundation for sustainable growth, enabling enterprises to capitalize on Thailand's favorable business environment while mitigating legal risks.
