岗位摘要：

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

主要职责：

1.Production Management:

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant,ensuring that production targets are met.

-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.

-Implement and monitor production plans to ensure timely delivery of products.

2.Quality Control:

-Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.

-Collaborate with the Quality team to implement quality control measures and resolve any quality issues as a priority.

-Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

3.Safety, Compliance and Environment:

-Drive the highest standards for Safety and 5S, to ensure a safe working environment, for all employees is implemented.

-Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

-Conduct regular safety training and drills to prepare for emergencies.Lead other safety activities in the plant.

4.Process Improvement:

-Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

-Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.

-Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

5.Team Leadership:

-Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing professionals,fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

-Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

6.Budget Management:

-Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

-Monitor expenditures and identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.

-Prepare and present financial reports and budget proposals to senior management.

7.Stakeholder Communication:

-Maintain open lines of communication with senior management,cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.

-Provide regular updates on production status, issues, and improvements.

-Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure smooth operations.

8.Cross-Functional Collaboration

-Working closely with other functions to support delivery of manufacturing projects.

岗位要求：

1.Education:

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering,or a related field.

-Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

2.Experience:

-Proven experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing management role within the automotive industry.

-Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

-Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.

3.Skills:

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

-Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MES, etc.).

-Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OHSAS, etc.).

4.Certifications:

-Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,or other relevant certifications is a plus.

-Certification in Project Management (e.g.,PMP) is a plus.
