主要职责:
Logistics Strategy & Execution: Build and implement scalable logistics strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Given the early stage of the company, you'll be directly involved in setting up and optimizing core logistics processes to support growth and operations.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a small logistics team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and motivation to meet business objectives. Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture while providing ongoing development opportunities.
Problem Solving & Adaptability: As a new company, challenges will arise frequently. You will need to be highly adaptable, with the ability to pivot and find innovative solutions to logistics problems. Your hands-on approach will help you resolve issues efficiently and keep the team moving forward.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure alignment across departments and that customer requirements are met. You'll need strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in the supply chain. Proactively suggest and implement process enhancements that balance cost-effectiveness with operational excellence, contributing to the long-term scalability of the business.
Vendor & Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and other external partners. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and collaborate to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage logistics data to make informed decisions, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize operations. Prepare regular reports for senior management to highlight achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including customs and import/export laws. Develop risk management strategies to address potential disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that logistics operations support excellent customer service by meeting delivery timelines, order accuracy, and overall satisfaction. Act as a liaison between logistics and customer service teams to address any challenges or escalations.
岗位要求:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Experience in a startup or growing company environment is highly preferred.
Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a small team. A hands-on, adaptable leadership style is essential, especially when building new processes or navigating challenging situations.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to quickly assess logistics challenges and develop creative, practical solutions. Strong analytical skills are essential, but so is the ability to act decisively and get things done.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate logistics strategies and challenges to both internal teams and external partners.
Organizational & Time Management Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Able to work independently while keeping the broader team aligned.
Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable in a startup environment where things may change quickly. The ability to stay calm, positive, and focused, even when unexpected issues arise.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software and systems (TMS, WMS, ERP). Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential.

Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members across departments and with external partners. A collaborative approach is critical as you'll be part of a tight-knit team where everyone plays an essential role.
Agility & Flexibility: In a rapidly evolving startup, priorities shift quickly. A Senior Logistics Manager must be comfortable with this level of change and demonstrate the ability to adjust plans and tactics as needed.
