主要职责：
1.Managing preventive maintenance and downtime control.;
管理预防性维修与停机时间控制；
2.Machine trouble-shooting and spare part management;
设备抢修和备件管理；
3.Managing and training maintenance technician;
管理和培训维修技术员；
4.Support project team;
支持项目组；
5.Support Continuous Improvement Process,involve in process control and improvement;
支持持续改进。参与工艺控制和改进；
6.Implement TPM System.
执行TPM系统。
岗位要求：
1.University degree or above, major in mechanical automation,electrical control or others engineering background;
本科以上学历；主修机械自动化，电气控制或其它工程类专业；
2.At least 5 years'experience for equipment maintenance and management experience;
至少5年设备维修,设备管理方面的经验；
3.Familiar with Siemens PLC hardware and TIA Portal software is required;
需要熟悉西门子PLC硬件和TIA Portal软件；
4.Strong skill of problem solving;
较强的解决问题的能力；
5.Teamwork spirit;
积极参与团队合作；
6.Good command of written and oral English and Chinese;
良好的中英文沟通能力；
7.Good skill of computer operation;
良好的计算机操作技能。
8.Data gathering and analysis.
